Simple Question About Unity

Did anyone used a simple assets ( like simple models, props, ui elements or animations) from offical or another asset store had a problem ?
Because standart asset store eula says it cant be used in a pornographic game.

i know its answers in the question but is it really controlled ?

(Same question for the textures and simple scripts.)

So since it's part of their eula it's probably the case that if you're caught using it you'll have to either take it out of your game or take down the game. Not sure if there'd be a fine or not, my guess is no but I don't know enough to give a definitive answer. That being said I don't know of anyone being caught for this so like every other eula that us porn devs have a tendency to break it's probably fine.

Thanks for info. Also i would like to ask here without start another thread that if the assets in f95zone are copyrighted.

I haven't seen unity assets here (not that I've paid much attention) but I would guess that any you find would be copyrighted to the author who made it and you'd just have to ask them permission to use it. If you're talking about the large store of daz assets since that's what's most commonly unloaded here, all of those are paid assets. If you went to the daz store and purchased them you could use them without any worry of copyright. If you download them from here you technically wouldn't have the license to use them though it would be extremely difficult for anyone to actually check that.

To add: if you use them as assets in Unity you might need the interactive licence to use the Daz assets in game (The standard licence only covers prerendered scenes). And there are some free for commercial assets around here (though I never really paid any attention to the asset side on this site so I can't really help with that).
