Our man bolhex here and the comunity of moders are doing a great job i'd hate for them to get discouraged.
Its available in the nightly patreon build. Thats required for mod functionality when released. I think it will be worth the wait.

I should clarify, the "Nightly" patches are only available to supporters. They are basically small patches containing the next updates features as I finish them. It is mainly to help identify bugs and get feedback on said features.
I just advertised it here as a sneak peak of some of the next updates features. This update is still a while out as it is quite a big a complex one adding a lot of new stuff related to sponsors.

Saving your game and reloading it should fix it. I forgot to change the variable's default value but reloading should fix it.

Is there a way to blacklist or mute specific videos? Right now I'm just deleting the ones I don't like (mostly the ones with abrupt, loud talking or music, so specific video muting would also work) but I'd rather have a more elegant option that would persist between versions. I don't want to mute all audio, so if there's no way I'll just content myself with deleting
Unrelated to that: are gifts like tanning oil one-use consumables with no persistent effect or do they continue working daily?
And finally, is there any point to bringing up the free use laws until the mom is willing to talk about them at all because it seems like they're a brick wall until suddenly they're ready to go all the way

There is no way to do that no, I could think of an elegant way of doing it. Like a mute button on the top left which would save the file name to a persistent file. I don't have a plan on adding this anytime soon though.
It is a 1 time stat boost.
It is meant to have 3 stages but because of how fast corruption currently takes place the probably just skip over the middle step. It is a known balance problem.

The originals are NOT used by the game. I just have them there as file I still need to process(renpy includes them automatically).

The fastest way: you can add nipple licking vids using name of another action.
Example: 'Pinch Nipple' is a rare action. Game will play "lick nipple" video if you give them 'pinch_nipple' name.
You can place this 3 attached vids inside folder: _mods/vids/upper/pinch_nipple
After that there (must) be 50% probability to see them instead of generic pinch_nipple.
And 100% if you temporary remove 2 generic 'pinch_nipple' vids to any "backup folder" to play game without them.

Would it be possible to have expanded class size as an upgrade from the PTA meetings? Expand to 4 students, then 5. Or would that not work?

It would be possible but would need a completely new UI and gameplay balance so I don't see that happening.
