TBH we need more black and asain mothers and daughters
Really love the game. It feels smooth to play and it is rewarding to slowly corrupt the girls. Even with a pretty much maxed out save, the gameplay itself is enjoyable enough for me to keep going and try to collect 100% of the girls.
On a sidenote, I feel like the progression curve is a bit too exponential for everything at once (this might sound weird but I'll explain what I mean). On base difficulty, by the time I had 10 alumnis and girls take 1-2 classes to get to 100 grading, I still didn't have much of the available building upgrades.
I don't think the difficulty scaling is at fault here, it's more the money side that's the issue.
Because of the prestige requirements, the amount of money you have to splurge to get income improvements are irrelevant by the time sponsors give you infinite money.
And sponsors are super underpowered for a very long time as you'll pretty much be at max 2 sponsors by the time you get overpowered and don't need the building ugrades anymore.
Not that getting more sponsor is fun in itself, at some point you just mechanically click the highest% photos/videos/girls and move on, which becomes a chore when you have a ton of them (although by the time you get 5, you're rich enough that you don't need to care about them anymore).
in PTA, Money is mostly used to unlock options that allows you to make more corrupted shoots that give you more money, or have girls take on shoots that they should be unconfortable with, but those options feel slightly pointless ; when the girls get corrupted enough or become alumni, they'll do them anyway. And if the girls aren't corrupted enough, they would barelly take 3 photos before bailing out, making it pointless to do the shooting or buy the upgrades by the time you have enough money to get them.
I think the game would benefit from sponsors giving you more money, but from having more valuable options to spend it as well. Making the game slightly harder to survive if you don't bribe/gift the girls and their mothers for example. You could bribe mothers to use some of the options you usually need rule breaks for, or get mother/daughter scenes. You could have the character bribe girls to take photos they wouldn't be confortable with (when they rush out saying wtf during shoots). All in all, make the game harder to progress without using money (state corruption periodic payment ?).
Next focus point would be girls statistics. Just for the fun of it, I tried to make a save where I only use fear/discipline/control options. Even after many weeks, counting home visit/training, most of the girls fear stats were still relativelly low, while their corruption was maxed out. It feels super hard to raise while going for it, but the effects were almost negligible. If that's the case, it makes a lot of sense that fear would have no impact on the game whatsoever on a normal playthough, were you can eliminate fear from a girl by kissing her 2-3 times and affection is OP.
It's not that I'd like stats to be harder to raise, as it would be a boring and grindy way to raise difficulty for no reason. Just that I believe that those stats having more impact/significance would add more variety to the gameplay. Maybe more varied girls reactions on actions based on "negative" stats? In the end, the objective would be for player actions to have more impact, whether negative or positive. Make choices matter more.
By the way, you already have a mechanic to help with that : "action strength". As for now, it only increase/decrease the impact of the actions you take, but does it make sense for a forcefull kiss to be perceived as affectionnate compared to a gentle one? Effects should be more varied depending on girls current state in order to make training decisions more impactful.
Overall, I'd finish by saying affection is too easy to raise and it's effect are slightly too strong. New girls tend to go straight from indifferent to lovey-dovey // prude to slutty.
While those were my 2 cents on ways to "improve" the game (in terms of meaningful challenge/gameplay perspective), it is absolutely arbitrary and what I said will sound like a downgrade to those who enjoy the game in it's peacefull state.
PS: Can't wait to try the headpat mod
PPS: There probably already have been talk about balance in the past, sorry if I repeated things you already considered/answered.
PPPS: Even if the game was to stay as is, which i'm sure it will not considering community's love and the time you spend on it, it's already 6/5

Vonda, my Firefox says your 'headpat mod' has a virus. It almost never does that, so it's probably true, please double check.
Also to Bolhex - you might wanna add either a filter or a 'quick multiple selection' button to panties selling cuz most of the time I want to sell low-lewdness panties, but not every single one of them and selling them one by one sucks.
Also you might wanna add in future an option to raise other stats like control or gov. opinion. This probably better be available only on weekends (or sunday only) maybe you can go outside and exchange money/panties or even lend a girl/mom for 0,5-1 boost to a stat
And I think we need more options with Alumnis. Like gameplay wise you actually don't wanna a girl to graduate after first 4-5, there is no benefit at all cuz all school positions are occupied, but when girl graduates you lose a precious PTA vote. The most important and easiest changes would be: Let Alumnis vote at PTA (or at least each Alumni should sway votes in my favor) and let player call alumnis after 18:00 to I'd say about 22:00.

Enjoying the game and appreciating the quality of its design and coding.
When I first saw Corrupted Academy I thought "Why would someone want to reinvent the wheel?", but I think the improvements more than answer that question. The Dev has shown there was a lot of potential in the model that wasn't being realised and I'm looking forward to seeing if he can maintain his inspiration and the quality of its results.
Now that I've 'patted his head', here's the bug list.
Groping in the 'Sexual favors' interaction doesn't reset arousal after orgasm for either the MC or the girl.
When assigning girls to classes you sometimes get one greyed out and unselectable with the explanation that she's already attended 5 classes this week. I'm not sure how it's even possible for a girl to attend more than 1 class a day even with all the extra classrooms fully developed and staffed, but in any case this can happen with girls who haven't been assigned any classes that week. Usually it seems to start on a Monday and persist for the whole week, so I'm assuming there's some logic pathway whereby a girl isn't getting her class attendance count reset at the end of the week. But it seems to me the check is redundant anyway.
I've got some non-bug game play suggestions too and concur with gangstern that the progression curve could do with some flattening, but they can wait until I've had a bit more experience with the game.

Thanks, I'll fix that in the next hotifx.
There was an issue with classes being generated multiple times causing stuff like this(and with homework). And yes the class limit is actually vestigial code from when I had them limited to 3 classes per week during development.
It should be fixed in the 0.353 patch(when its released)
Progression and corruption speed is a known issue, currently it is very 0 or 100 rather than a slow progression. I will be looking into that but a limiting factor and why it currently works the way it does is because the lack of writing resources for variations for each "stage".
One issue I have is the amount of photoshoots there are, versus how much time I have to get them done. A lot of girl and mother mods have a lot of photoshoots, and that means the completionist in me is never satisfied, as I just keep falling further and further behind. New girls/mothers join the school, and now there are more shoots to be made.
Two suggestions to help in this regard:
1) Open up the option of weekend shoots, perhaps for alumni and/or mothers only. No current students, because they have homework or whatever
2) A dressing room upgrade for the studio that shortens the time it takes to do a photoshoot. Perhaps only applying to ones after the first. The idea being that the dressing room lessens the prep time to get to the shooting, thereby making it go faster. Alternately, perhaps it could be another spot we can assign an alumni to. In an ideal form of that, the assignee's traits could impact what sort of bonuses we get there. Like a mother who is a good speaker boosting participant willingness, while other traits reduce the time it takes or the cost.

With ongoing game development - especially one responding to various user tastes - pacing is always an issue. If you get the balance right your next update will probably throw it out again - not to mention the added complications from user mods.
The QDfix under ren'py is to add sliders to the Preferences menu that set global coefficients for the main progression variables - MC, NPC and sponsor attributes, prestige, prices, earnings, etc - and let players set them according to their own tastes and play styles. If you want to get flash you could add macro settings (limp, erect and priapic?) for those who aren't into micromanagement.
Even for a QDfix there would be a lot of work in doing it for all relevant variables, but I'd imagine you could start with corruption and add others in accordance with the most common user requests/complaints.

I was thinking this weekend about this game and I thought that there a cool way of just keeping the attendance of the school get more girls. What if you can get them impregnated and when their offspring come to age they can be enrolled but time travel would be implemented of course. It could be part of their sex education part of the class. Just a stupid thought.
