Ren'Py - Corrupted Kingdoms [v0.22.3d] [ArcGames]

Most of my review will include some spoilers so dont read if you dont want any.

In the first part of the game, MC dosent trust anyone(infact he hates everyone rightfully so and wants revenge), has a choice in how to react to people(love or inslave) and has to build up his powers effect on people, so he knows it doesn't work perfectly first time and has to be weary but then in the second part MC isnt mad at jessica(she was going to kill him if he hadnt used his powers on her before), the choices of like or treat as slave are totally gone and why is he now trusting people who without MCs powers tried to kill him(when MC has no idea if the effect could wear off/might not be stong enough to keep them from betraying him) and staying where the organisation who again tried to kill him knows where he is.

Its a total flip of not just the character but of the whole game play, it goes from a gritty revenge story with an MC the player controls to a harem builder with a standard boring white knight MC(literally goes from inslaving women for sex(if you want), to "offer to apply suntan oil" to a person already under control who also tried to kill him and then he needs them to now love him before having sex).

After that the story starts going weird characters(supposedly under mind control) not doing what you tell them, after that with the whole choices as to how the MC acts being thrown out the window you realise the hard core story(MCs main reason and attitude for coming back) is gone and all your left with is a how do i get them to have sex with me style game with ok(at best) art

The UI is easy to use and unlike most sandbox style games i never found it hard to find what to do next, the art is substandard but acceptable(if it had a consistant story) and comes with very smooth animations.

Finally a bomb game from a dev who consistently updates! Literally every week! The story-line is pretty good but the animation and variety is top notch, I promise this game has something for everyone.

One of my absolute favorites. Very well written, with good and fascinating world building, memorable characters and a gradually expanding open world but with strong plot lines.
Not to mention the humor, the mystery, the magic and the regular sexual encounters. Also, how can you not get mad when [someone] hurts Pixie?

The world and the game's structure have been set up to support a lot of future progression but already contain at least 15-20 hours worth of gameplay (without grinding or getting bored) - and the content rich updates come fast and frequent.

Well recommmended.

good animation, plenty to mess around with and nice pacing.
the only nit pick i may have is that there are some redundant back traking in the menus.
but i only mention that in the hopes the dev sees it.

example. in the start of the game where you use your laptop to research. instead of closing the menu>then getting a confirmation to stop researching and then again to turn it of. UI wise it would make it a lot more streamlined if its close and done.
if people need to do more they can always click it again.

but as said thats just a nitpick
10/10 would harem again. cant wait to see more !!

This game is a fun power/harem fantasy, but what I really like is the frequent high quality updates. This game is being developed at a really good pace. A new sex scene in almost every update, in a game that already has tons of content. While it's not the best porn I've ever seen, it's a lot better quality than a great deal of the stuff on this site. The writing isn't exceptional, but again, above average for this site. Likeable sexy characters. A cool concept. Overall a very good game.

-The games story is interesting and that motivates me to actually play the game, unlike most games. and
-Freedom to navigate is great and even though there is a time schedule, there is no time limit so you can really check out everything.
-Dialog is good, entertaining at times and not long winded while making progress.
---Daily updates and has been doing so consistently. Most game projects like this one break its production release schedules/promises or even hold it hostage to milk peoples money in patreon. But so far not this one and that is great!

-The dungeon features was removed, wth!
-Character stats do not grow proportionally if you continue to play with your save file after it was introduced as past activities do not count.
-models/characters are simple looking or even a little bland but thats the price when using some anime hentai games models and importing them. into this game

Great game, interesting story. The girls are really well done. The animations are top tier, I just wish the sex could be even faster, few games offer us some really fast sex :/
Still the scenes are great.
I passed this games so many times without stopping because the preview screenshots don't look great. We should be able to see what makes this game worthwhile (yes, the sex ofc), not something that isn't even canon yet.
Anyways, keep doing a great job!

Updates are "weekly", I say "weekly" because the dev takes 1-2 weeks breaks every month and advertises his game as having weekly updates. They are extremely short, and rarely have porn. He claims he wants to spend time working on the story, but the story is shit and moves at a snail's pace. Instead he just introduces more new characters and new plots without resolving previous plots. Many of the features that have been advertised to be coming soon since the game's initial release never came.
Overall a mediocre game, but due to slowness of releases and their lack of content I am choosing to review this as terrible. Not even worth the one dollar for the lowest patreon tier.

Didn't really know what to expect when I first got into this game, but a few hours in it became obvious that the writing, characters, animations and gameplay are fun and a solid 10/10.

In most other games of this type I usually just skip through the text; often because it is too little and badly written or too much and uninteresting, but that is not the case in this game; here the conversations are fun and engaging to read, which is a solid bonus.

If the characters are interesting and the dialogue is well written then the player has an easy time getting to know the girls, and that adds so much more to the eventual sexual encounters; And I believe this game succeeds entirely at that.

Every h-scene is animated, and while the animations are short and could be a little better quality-wise, they are a definitive bonus to the game.

Perhaps my only complaint would be that the angles of the animation are most often covering up the action by changing the camera angle to the side when it comes to sex.

I understand however that this might be due to the fact that the models don't have real collision, so a camera angle showing sex might sometimes look less sexy than an explicit side-view. Still, this shows there's room for improvement with the animations.

However with that being said, this has quickly became one of my favorites, and I will be paying close attention to the development.
As of right now I have finished all of the existing content, which took me several days (about 20 hours back to back I think) which is quite a lot for being in alpha stage.

Currently there seems to be a lot of fun and expansive gameplay features that I wouldn't have expected from this game, albeit right now most of them feel like just a taste of what is to come.

I can see that the developer really cares and is trying, so I fully recommend this game to anyone that loves the mind-control genre!

If you like anime style, and getting wierd sometimes this game is for you. Everything is uncensored and ANIMATED.

The amount of characters is just right, the developer is really active I think every second week is a new update.

I've been following this game from near it's beginning, I recommend it highly to anyone that jives with it's tags.

The writing is pretty good, very funny at times. It manages to drag you from some eldritch horror seriousness to light heartedly singing karaoke with a shy wannabe pop star.

There is no words to explain this game. The environment , characters , dialogues are all godly. I surely have become a Stan to this game. This simply in my opinion is the best game.. I have played some games not a lot but those games didnt have the pull this one does. Eventhough i have finished till the latest updates i find myself playing some scenes again and again. The writing lures the players to relive the scenes through the MC. Best game ever Period.

Very hot models and animations (except for the catgirl- what's wrong with her chin?) and interesting story. The dialogue, while not incredible, is better than I've come to expect of porn games. Overall definitely worth your time, assuming it actually keeps updating the way it has been.

Overall one of the best games on this site with the most frequent update schedule I've seen. One of the few dev's worth supporting.

Story: 4.5/5 - Story is pretty good compared to most games on this site. It's a pretty straight forward mystery-type story, but keeps you entertained enough to keep playing.

Characters: 5/5 - Characters in this game are what really make this game stand out. Theres not only a lot of variety of these characters with different personality types, appearences, etc but they are all well written as to their background and story. Alot of games on this site have alot of characters to appease different fetishes, but none of them are actually written to be interesting.

Renders 4.5/5 - The renders are absolutely amazing (I love koikatsu models so I may be biased), and it's clear the developer spent alot of time creating unique scenes/models. However, alot of the images seem to be a bit blurry on my computer. I'm running a 1080p 60Hz screen so I don't really have anything special, but the images look like they might be in a lower resolution. Its prob too late to change it now, but I think that's one big improvement the game can make, especially with how high quality the actual renders are.

Gameplay 4.5/5 - This game is a free-roam sandbox type game with quite a bit of freedom (which is great for games with many girls). The game doesn't really have any grinding, which is great for any game. The game is centered around the mind control mechanic, but you still have to build relationships with every girl so the whole mind control aspect is actually very tame. I really like how you can choose which route you can go with each girl (slave or love). The only thing I dislike is how there's a morning->afternoon->evening cycle but there's really nothing to do in the evening so you pretty much get 2 actions before you need to sleep. It makes an otherwise non-grindy game feel grindy, I think there should be like a "quick sleep" button or something to make that process faster or add some more stuff at night.

Content 5/5 - I'm pretty sure this is the only dev on this entire platform releasing weekly updates. It's clear that this guy is truly passionate about what he does and isn't just raking in patreon money with nothing to show for it like alot of other dev's on this platform. Game currently has quite a bit of content already, but with the speed of updates it's expanding fast.

I have to say, this is a pretty impressive game! As far as character development, it wasn't too fast or too slow, perfect speed! The Scenes and characters models were also on point! I think the thing about this game that I really love, is how long it is!

The only downside for me, is that the objectives should be a little easier to find. (Like even telling a hint for what you should do.) I've seen a few objectives telling me where to go, but there needs to be maybe a few more in my opinion. Nothing bad, just a suggestion! (I'm an idiot and blind. Found them!)

For a game that's not even completely done yet, this is really good! I really cannot wait until the full version is out!! I'm actually excited about this! Not too often when I get this excited! Excellent work! Keep it up!

another great illusion game it seems illusion games always carry great stories with the perfect blend of comedy and story progression and it always makes me arc back if you excuse the pun im very impressed with the non standard backgrounds in this game due to it not being default well done and good luck

The ONE thing that bothers me is the update frequency. Its just too often for my taste. Nothin bad for most of the players i guess. But i get discouraged by that many updates. I would never expected that I would ever write something like this, but here we are.
