That's a shame, this was one of the few NTR games I actually enjoyed and thought he'd done a solid job with all pathways

Game was more than moderatly succesful and there was more than a bit of money in it, how sure are we he wasn't hacked? (not that this kind of shit would still stop you dead in your track anyway as a dev)

Yes, he deleted everything. Nobody knows why. It's a shame, it's actually a very good game. Maybe he's burned out like so many others. The AI chat isn't working anymore either. Let's give him time; maybe he'll come back. I certainly hope so.
Sadly it's not that surprising to be honest... People are quick to criticize and slow to praise. And considering that the game was about NTR, I'm guessing he received a looooooot more unpleasant things from some people. Moreover, the game was already going to have 3 different paths (pure, NTS, NTR), and as I always like to say, people should focus on one thing at a time... Working on several things is the best way to get a burn-out.

Wow so just like that huh ? I find it hard to belive someone would just abruptly delete everything like that just over some criticism. There must have been other factors involved perhaps some personal issues.
This is sad to hear. Even when the game was not 100% for me (too much forced cuck), it was still a good NTR game. Good graphics and solid story telling. Not every game must suit me perfect and could still be a good game.
doesn't seem unlikely to me. on literotica new authors are advised to avoid the "loving wives" section until they have tried a few other genres. people who have 4-5 stars in every other genre get averages 2.3 when writing "ntr" stories. every ntr fan thinks they know what ntr is REALLY about, those definitions differ and people get VERY upset when a story doesn't go the way they wanted
you need a strong spine to write in this genre - or perhaps ability to tune out all criticism

His nts route was bugged and went so into ntr territory. Was honestly looking forward to them fixed it as the game did have potential. Looks like dev just cut and run with that patreon money bag
honestly I was noticing that the dev was not having a good time with criticism. There seemed to be a language barrier there as well...lots of very odd misunderstandings around clearly made points. Thinking a compliment was a criticism..etc. the Dev (Stranger/boolah) if anyone would accept my two cents..took way too much onto their plate with all the features they started with and were adding and removing during the development. They also had too little interest and not enough understanding of the non NTR paths/stories. Multiple times I had conversations in which the dev was entirely unaware of why people would like any form of NTS or non NTR story that wasn't just about humiliation. So I think in the long term it might be a good idea for them to take time away from this game as it seemed to be a bit out of their comfort zone. getting criticism seems to be a big stress creator for them so I honestly think game development on a small scale is probably not a great choice for them...gamers are brutal unrelenting assholes as we all know.(or at the very least we are unrelentingly critical of everything.)
Gamers should always be critical, especially regarding plot lines, graphics, and storylines. The question is, what kind of criticism is it? Am I criticizing because I don't see something I want to see and insulting the developer, or am I accepting their taste and making constructive suggestions for improvement? I've supported Strangerhome from its initial release until now, and he's always been open to criticism that contributed to improvements, but there are so many trolls here who personally attack the developers, no matter what the issue. If a game includes NTR in its mission or is even based on it, it can't include a harem; that would be illogical. A purely romance-focused route is understandable, but what's the point of that in a phone game? Strangerhome underestimated the negative criticism directed at him personally, as it's incredibly demotivating, and perhaps he'll learn to handle it better in the future. Sad Pepper experienced something similar.

It didnt need harem but did deserve a proper nts since they included it. They went humiliation nts without a heads up to the player and that will always bite back. These days a lot of people are becoming less okay with that as more stag nts games are made. It sucks this game is done cause it really could have been good, and started very well. Unfortunately last update just wasnt handled great.
