VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - Cosplay Therapy [v0.1.4.1] [Danlorn]

Wow, just wow. I was like, not expecting this game at all. Such a perfect and oddly weird yet suitable continuation, so...canon?

You gotta help MJ restore her memories by cosplaying with the symbiote, which factors heavily and may take control of you for the horny or not, which is sexual stuff according to Madame Web for healing therapy--psychology 101 huh. She's such a third wheel helper for you to save your girl and get her mind back. And there's Deadpool, who shows up and also brings the funny parts to the game, breaking the fourth wall with the devs, and hell, it's not just the pop culture + references, it's also got other games like Something Unlimited from Gunsmoke and co!

That aspect of the plot and humour sync very well to integrate with the story. MJ is really not gonna lie, she's such a waifu dressing up as other waifus, no wonder why I like redheads too, we're stepping into Peter Parker's shoes---for the first time, you're masquerading as not his alter ego, but his civilian identity, and it poses for an interesting manner. With Neon Genesis Evangelion in it, it's already one of my favourites, add onto to another classic childhood of ours--The Little Mermaid, so much more to come. Dialogue is awesome, but there's some grammatical errors and wrong punctuation/spellings there, otherwise not a big deal. I love this game, 10/10 for me. It's wholesome and kinda romantic, not so much to fap yet but hot. Deadpool + Batgirl cosplay, hell yeah, I love Asuka and Shinji---fap scene from EoE...yeah, still in the context they're adults, knowing the movie that's fucked up but hot and horny...wow.

Doesn't feel like 1994, but it connects those fans to modern day cuz we're in 2021 baybee!!!

So far it's perfect art, history, dialoge, characters hell even the "direction" is good, quite basic in some aspects but that's it's charm it feels like I'm playing my first game of thid genre again, plus you can tell the author is putting quite the effort into this game and I mean on every little aspect, the game doesn't have too much content as of now (v0.1.4.1) but it still has enough to get a feeling of what the game can be and its pace is good enough it seems like the author doesn't plan to blue ball the players for longer than necesary and you can tell he's having fun making the game and it gets transmited to the player in my experience anyways so far 10/10.

The art is great, gameplay is classic, which doesn't hurt, this kind of games stand on the quality of their theme and story, which are both great.

This has 1/400 of Cloud Meadow's revenue while being better in pretty much every single way. Let that sink in.

Decent start to game. Nice to play something that isnt an endless grind or road to nowhere. Nothing fappable as of yet but the premise is good and the dev seems dedicated to honoring the original show and characters. It's interesting now and I cant wait to see where this goes.

A very interesting and nice game so far.The art is very similar with the art from the 1994 Spider-man show .The story so far is funny and enjoyable.I really hope that Gwen Stacy and Felicia Hardy will appear in the game. But so far this game is very good 5/5

If you watched TV in the 90s and want a shot of nostalgia right into the veins, you have to play this game.

I know it's early days to be recommending this game, given that it's only version 0.1, but it's already excellent. The creator has done a pitch-perfect job of recreating the aesthetic of the 1994 Spider-man animated series, and not just in the character art: even the UI is perfect.

Gameplay-wise, it's pretty standard click-for-porn, but that's not a drawback. The writing is decent and the art is great.

Story-wsie, the player is trying to return MJ's memory to her through cosplay (thus the name of the game). This means we play not only as Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson, but also any number of other 90s characters (although only the Scooby-Doo cast at time of writing). This is...vaguely supported by the story, but mostly just an excellent excuse to include various characters in what will inevitably become pornography.

There's not an awful lot here at the moment, and no porn to speak of, but the stage is set for something excellent.

Great job on recreating the art style of the TV show! It really enhances the gameplay experience since there's a lot of connection to the characters already. Keep going, I'm seeing a lot of potential.
