RPGM - Completed - Country Girl Keiko [v1.08 Patched] [Ota Guchi Field/Kagura Games]

Visual 3.5/5 - Visuals are an actually pretty decent upgrade compare to the previous game. There's plenty of CGs compare to previous games. However, like previous games the frequent reusage of CGs is pretty tiresome. As the CGs that you think might be unique for that scenario gets reused alot.

Story 3.25/5 - Story is pretty basic well if you follow the series you know it is. But compared to the others, this one has a decent chunk and a little bit of lore atleast. Since it does cover 4 games (1 full game, 3 Side games).

Gameplay 1/5 - Still Super Barebones RPG Maker gameplay where you walk and talk to NPCs to trigger events. Meh.

Sound 0.25/5 - RPG Maker Sounds. Meh. Honestly, I would've given this a 1 like my reviews with all the other games but holy I was disappointed in this department. The sex scenes STILL don't have a complete SFX (just the 'cum' part). The "SFX" are still text in the text box that you still need to read like *squelch* *squelch* *thud* *smack*

Content (based on Sexual Scenarios) 3/5 - There is way way more content than alot of the previous games since it covers not just Keiko's Path but also Aya's (Mother) and Kiri's Path too. But it still the same premise as previous games just not with Yutaka so the dialogue is less tomboyish and brattish and more just a regular feminine dialogue.

I would've taught that this game was gonna be an upgrade of everything since this game feels the most complete so far (not counting Country Bumpkin Yutaka). But the only improvement was better art, more CGs, and more events. The problems faced by the previous games still lingers: repeated tiresome CG, no actual sex SFX, and for a game about a girl getting comically sexual harrassed, the sexual content is mostly always repeated: vaginal, oral, tease, pinching, boob grabbing, exhibitionism, gangbang (CGs don't really represent more than 2 other actors rarely 3 or 4) and the 2 instance of rimjob. So no ass grabbing, no anal, no spanking, no spitroast (there is but doesn't really look good), no 'all holes', no glory hole (like there is even a place on a map and a near CG indicating for this in the 'School Trip') etc. I don't know I mean the game- nay the series is beloved for its wacky premise it's just a bit disappointing that it never approach alot of potential H stuff.

This was my first H game, and at the time I didn't know that it was a remake and that there were several other games. so I have a good memory of him.

The plot is very basic, you have to gather the students who have stopped attending school, once you know where they are, the game doesn't even last 20 minutes.
What captivated me about this game was the rural environment of Japan and the protagonist who doesn't understand how to live in society.
The game has 4 endings if I'm not mistaken and basically you end up having an innocent ending, meh ending, bad ending, true ending.
Regarding the dlc, the game has the black game, which is basically a big cutscene, which wraps up the loose ends of the story and with another character, but which left me with a very bad taste after I played it.
And there's The School Trip dlc, which is just more of the same, the protagonist doing H things on a trip with the school students.

Definitely one of the worst h-games I've ever played.

A game like this could have lasted 10 minutes, it's the same from start to finish, even the scenes are repeated an infinite number of times.

The gameplay is to move around the map and talk to the various characters, doing dirty things thinking that everything is normal...
Stupidity is fine, lack of ability to relate to the male sex is fine, naivety is fine, but in this game it's even annoying, you have to put a limit on everything.

I don't recommend the game, it's a waste of time.

Country Girl Keiko is central title of micro-universe of games, consisting of prequels, a sequel and plenty of side stories. The central conceit of this IP is in a remote village nestled in the mountains of Japan lives a family of bimbos by name of the Akanes. They're all different stripes of bimbos, but bimbo are they all.

In CGK, the titular Keiko is a senior at the local high school. She starts as a timid, mousey wall flower who is exceedingly naive, before being groomed by the men of her town into unleashing her inner nymphomaniac. And I don't toss the word "grooming" around lightly, because that's the actual plot of the game. Keiko is an absurdly credulous dummy, sent on a small adventure to bring back the truant students in her class. The porn conceit is her credulity is so extreme that she actually and fully conflates sex as friendship, and eagerly lets every man in the village have free use of her body. It nests right in with your standard "Absurd Bimbo" sub genre of porn.

The gameplay consists of exploration and event-hunting, raising Keiko's boldness to unlock more extreme behavior. There's a few sub stories, involving an item trading quest and a quest to chase down Keiko's delinquent tomboy sister Yutaka (the star of the sequel). It can be a bit tedious to play because the sex scenes frequently recycle assets over lots of text.

But worst of all is the jarring tone of the game. I like bimbo stories, they can be ridiculous and fun in a goofy way, like an 80's sex comedy- the tone keeps things light and strictly fictional. But CGK, for some weird reason, doesn't just lean into the grooming thing, but swerves past it into kidnapping, imprisonment and rape, with one side character in particular just getting a really shitty ending. This goes from a silly town with a silly girl into a sinister and twisted place full of actually evil men doing evil shit. I'm not here to crap on other's fetishes, dark stuff is fine if you're into that- but this just feels weird. If I were to sit down and watch a campy 1980's sex comedy and in the final act it becomes a brutal torture porn like the Saw films, I'd consider that jarring as well. The dark parts of this game feel earnestly mean spirited.

Without spoiling too much, a followup game in the series, starring the protagonist's younger sister, does some plot schenanigans to directly address the strangely tragic ends for the aforementioned character. If you play the games in succession it's not such a downer.

The other stuff in the series maintains a bit more tonal consistency, fortunately, and I recommend them if you're not into a tonally dissonant mess.

Once you played the 3 or 5 good ones of the genre, games like these really have to offer something. Personally I tried to play a handful of these cheap copy pasted "dumb female" games and they are all the same, and pretty much have the same approach and strategies which are: The female is dumb and either she is basically rape from the start, or she is dumb and feels like just a tool to carry this weird fantasy around and you need to grind points going from A to B to C.
The approach in the scenes is alsop the same with brown monolocres human figures representing males, which most of the time are just recipients or tools or whatever to do the thing, totally void from any individual trait, pretty much like the female.

This games are targeted for adults but I dont see in this day and age someone who would actually enjoy these games, when there is so much content in the internet.

This game as I sais is pretty much the same game with the same tropes thaat other 200 games have, the art is just so so, and the writing is there but just seing the pictures you could make up your own dialogues and most likely nail most of them, cause its pretty much predictable like in the begining when it was super obvious that she would have to show her tits to their classmates, as a sugestion from her teacher. And the worst is that you can do it with struggle and doubts or do it "willingly" but there is not a "NO" option. This tells about how much agency you have as a player. For this thing that kind of feels like kinetic story telling haveing to go from one place to the other holding shift, I think the RPGM part is useless and gets in the way.

The story is pretty basic and reutilized because is basically the same story than the other games, the difference is that the ugly, dumb and innocent girl is Keiko and not Yukata, what makes no sense because in the other games Keiko is displayed like a beautiful, smart and not at all innocent woman.
The gameplay is pretty basic too and really grindy, talk to this guy, now talk to other and so on, until you farm enough slutty points so Keiko can do more naughty stuff.
The game is not really intuitive because you can't know what kid is the one that you should send to school and which not, all the kids and adults looks the same, there is no way to distinguish them. Feels like you can make all the boys go back to the school with little work, for accident I talk with almost all the boys and send them to school and the most that they asked is for a boobjob. There are some "secondary" quests, that happen when you meet certain requeriments but they are grindy too because you have to walk all the map trying to find where is the next event.
When you max level Keiko you can make her change her personality and clothes, but the game never tells you that when you do it, is almost like a force the game to end, because you can't go to other houses you can't talk with certain characters and the game force you to go to the class saloon, maybe to play the ending scene, when I saw that I dropped the game.
The game lacked on a lot of things that previous games had and that, we wanted or waited this one could or should have.
One of the good points beside the good art is that the game has 3 endings, one bad, pure and normal.
It included different "games" too, so you can see Keiko's transformation and how they make her a slut, but from Kiri's perspective and we can find out what happened with her, the other "games" are Keiko School Trip and the After Story.

Is there something darker and interesting buried in this game? Sure from what I hear there is. Is it worth playing through what felt like an abundant and boring art and writing with a lack a personality? Not for me.

The story and world you're introduced into is one that insults and lets down. You take on the role of a very ignorant and airheaded lead and are placed in a town straight out of a nonsense hentai. At first I read several interactions but quickly became bored and annoyed at how things were unfolding and found myself skipping through dialog which is rare for me to do.

The gameplay itself feels tedious and too open for the sake of it. Makes me wish this was a VN as the RPGM elements are underutilized. Click a guy go through the scene, go to the next guy click, go to the next house and click the guy. There were very few instances that it was more involved than that.

I'm not a fan of the style where you remove the guy completely or it's a faceless torso. You get a lot of art of the main girl but it's bland and in that typical style you see with Kagura Games sometimes. There isn't one scene I can recall that was unique or standout. Scenes were repetitive too in terms of content. That said if you're okay with that style then you have plenty to look at in this game I'll give it credit for being packed full of sex.

I finished the main story but didn't enjoy the experience enough to waste time trying to unlock whatever I was missing for the other stories like Black. It's a shame if that makes the game better though and I think it's a real missed opportunity to not have those story elements in the main story.

As it stands it's a 2/5 stars. If you have more patience than me or enjoy the style of art the game will have something more to offer you and you may think my rating is too low. Definitely check it out for yourself.

If you want your ending to still be carefree porn, make sure to Because if you don't... Well... Be ready to get some very depressing stuff.

Ok so in many ways like other people have said this game is bad in a lot of ways. The gameplay is pretty meh, the scene variation is not great, you basically just walk around with no hints trying to solve the quests. That said, god Keiko is hot.

Like 5 minutes in the teachers basically tells her ok so to talk to men show them your tits and do sexy stuff and she says ok . If you're in to stupid hot dumb but kinda innocent slut this game is a must play. I found tons of the scenes super hot and its nice that almost every single male NPC has a their own scene or multiple. Tons of scenes available. Basically play if this is your fetish and you want a bunch of scenes, but this isn't really a game at all. (Also really helpful walkthrough post #212)

Objectively probably a 2-3 out of 5 but just a personal 4 for me based on how much I liked the scenes/girl.

This is really a VN written in RPGM. There is no combat, though there is a point at the beginning where you may need to "rest" in order to restore hp. This is mostly a walk across maps, for events, sort of game. If you enjoyed Mischief War, Minako, or Boy Living with Perverted Oneesans then you will like this game.

Concept is a shy, awkward, and socially inept girl is given a make over and a few men in a village of few women decide to give Keiko a different idea of how to use her body to make "friends". As Keiko goes out to convince a few students to return to school she becomes more "experienced" and becomes bolder to do more actions. No real corruption, and there doesn't seem to be a visible monitor on boldness either. Once you get all the students back to school you can end the game, or free roam for side events. The DLC's fill in some gaps and add new scenes, nice to have them all in one package.

If you like explore games in RPGM you might like this one.

One star added for the character renders, if not so large breasted, or for her mom, and Kiri, this would have been a two.

PROs:

• Interesting new story idea on a bold, big breasted girl, who just happens to be rather easily convinced
• Some nice events that happen, some can be repeated
• Quite a bit of content for the size
• Variety of sub quests and NPC fetishes/events
• Reasonable sized, big breasts

CONs:

• A lot of reused content
• While the writing subtly changes with experience, the graphics don't so they are reused ALOT
• Invisible dicks in many scenes, you get the shading of figures at times but in quite a few scenes the men are invisible
• Could have more graphics, different with attitude, and various scenes
• The "greeting" is inconsistent, especially once you get to the point Keiko starts using it - but only for some people

Positive:
-Lots of Good Smut
-Lots of Base CG
-High Quality Art

Negative:
-Awful Genre Shift once you get into it
-Literally no CG variations

In short, as much as I like the art, I'm also disappointed by it (since the same expression is out of place) and as much as the smut could have been perfect as simple "Keiko is a lovely ignorant slut", it simply is not that simple and could is not what is actually the case.

What is happy-go-dirty quickly can become depressing when lines are crossed that shouldn't be in works like these. Some men being mean is just the tip of the iceberg here.

If the art had variations and the story was just "dumb" (happy) smut, I'd recommend Keiko to all those who are simply in the mood to enjoy slutty smut. Alas, I don't quite know whom I could recommend it to. Worth a peak? Yeah but be warned.

Has a lot of very basic art and too much walking around for my taste. The writing was a little strange, too, so nothing really kept my interest. Seemed to have a few ideas, but none were carried out to completion, I feel - or were just done sloppily.

I love the game! Last time I played this it was poorly translated and I only understood a little of what was going on but I still really enjoyed it, so I'm excited to play this and actually get everything, If anyone has recommendations for similar games, I'd love to know!

Keiko isn't just an innocent young flower ravaged by a corrupt society, she is quite literally brain damaged. At one point she eagerly drinks from the school pool water, thinking to herself if she should have done that. Some might find it quite sexy that the protagonist is mentally disabled, I certainly don't. You also spend a lot of time with young male kids who all appear to quite the junior of Keiko, which is kinda disturbing.

This is your typical "innocent, naive and gullible girl turns into awakened slut" type of game. The selling point of this game is obviously the perverted, raunchy scenarios and the CG.

Although those are the only elements of the game that are worth looking forward to, I played the prequels (little sister Yutaka was the star of those games) and knew what I was getting into. The problem comes when those couple of elements aren't done well.

When I saw on the Japanese website that this game had over 130+ Base CGs I was really expecting good content that would keep me happy for a long time. Boy was I disappointed.

I have no gripes about the art itself but its very repetitive in the game. Many scenes reuse the same CG but more importantly there is pretty much no CG variation during the scenes themselves which gives the pictures no personality whatsoever; what I mean by that is there's no facial expression changes or slight variations that give more context to what is happening in the scene.

For example. let's say there was a picture of a girl fucking in cowgirl position. Normally you would have slight changes to the CG as you go through the lines of text whether it'd be her face changing expressions or her head tilting back or her hands flailing or someone else touches her with their finger etc. which gives more "personality" and context to the scene in addition to the text.

FOR THE SCENES IN THIS GAME, IT'S LITERALLY JUST 2 VARIATIONS. If we use that cowgirl example from earlier, it would just be that 1 picture of that girl in a cowgirl position plus the same photo except now there's jizz leaking out of her pussy without any change in facial expression.

This game would probably be better if they'd just focus on fewer but higher quality CG scenes instead of just pumping out base images. Sure there's variety in that sense but they're just "standing portraits".

And it's not like Guchi Wotabatake is a bad artist. Look at the stuff he draws on his Pixiv and compare that to the stuff in this game: (You need a Pixiv account in order to see the 18+ material)

Pros:
+Really humorous, fleshed out writing. The protagonist is an absolute dunce, and it makes her look pretty ridiculous in a lot of the game's situations. In one instance, the protagonist asks a fellow student if he wanted to pick cherries, have sex, or relax near the riverside. Confused, the guy replies, "Can you say that again?" And the girl goes like, "Oh the one about picking cherries??"

+Lots of Content. After the main story, you get additional "episodes" or "after stories" that you can play. These stories deepen the backstories of the major characters; these stories tend to put them in newer situations as well.

+Mild fetish variety (for my standards). 1 pregnant CG as part of the ending, mind control/hypnosis sex, (idiotically) consensual sex, slutty sex, exhibitionism, defloration. Lacks anal, I think... not sure. I don't remember much in the anal department.

Neutral:
+/- Fast paced corruption game. The girl's boldness/slut rating can be easily increased since she only has a total of two brain cells most of the time.

Cons:
-CGs get rehashed a lot. You'll see the same CG over and over again throughout different games/playthroughs
-Art is meh, in my opinion. Sex CGs lack more explosive cumshots.
-Generic RPGmaker grindiness. If you're an h-game playing degenerate like me, you know what I mean. Lots of going back and forth across different places. You may get stuck without reading a guide.
-Pretty long game, honestly.

I rated it 3, but this is personally more of a 2.5 for me. There are better corruption games out there. There was one game that I played before that has a (sort of) similar setting, but it's NTR (husband and wife goes to countryside to visit, husband gets sick during the stay and wife gets fucked by entire village)

An good game so far, it's a typical story of a dumb girl slowly being turned into a slut by her teacher and others. I'm finding myself enjoying so far despite finding the girl's stupidity unbelievable. one problem I have with the game though is that it sometimes freezes up and I have to exit and restart from my save, I find that really irritating.

It sure is a quality game, but not the stuff I was expecting when going into this.

The cover and various screenshots show a plain girl -> a cute/lewd girl, so honestly was expecting her to be corrupted. What instead happened is just a naive girl listening to lewd advice, and acting upon them with no embarrassment. No form of corruption whatsoever to the MC.

Game has short lewd scenes and dialogues for each walking NPC (memory room has at least 50+ NPCs), so no wonder it's massive. Each of said NPC can also have multiple progression scenes/dialogues (usually around 2-3). However, with how easy the MC is, it is no surprise things can be stale after a while. Could be a big plus thought if you're into exhibitionism.

Furthermore, there is not many choices in the game whenever you interact with someone; if you talk to any walking male in this game, expect MC to flash or stroke or fuck something, no escaping (of course except a few more important NPCs). Also, lots of shota material, along with old men and uncles. Very few young/cool men and no delinquents. The "delinquents" she has to get back to school are mostly shota...

Naturally, with so many interactions, the game does not have defining routes. A few characters have a backstory of their own (which I found much more interesting than the MC) but this isn't the kind of game you play to "follow" and fuck anyone in particular. Main quest is just getting the students back to class, but that is about it quest-wise. There are side-stories and a TON of interactions in each area which is why it looks deceptively longer. The comedy is nice, and so is the random cult and dialogues that makes the game at least feel fun to play for.

The game at least have very good art, but I do wish it has more expressions. Each H-scene has the character in a pose and the same face for the duration, switch pose, same face for the duration, etc. For game items, pretty limited as well. Most quests and events requires very little to no items, except when you wanna sprint (get 3 different speed boots) and extra lewd scenes in your room (buying masturbating materials). Disappointingly, no outfits to buy.

Several hints are dropped during the game that something darker is running below all these boobs-loving men and MC flashing left and right. DLCs (Black and Afterstory) went further into the behind-the-scene of the town, which is surprisingly the most interesting part of this game. Pretty sad too, to the certain party involved.

My TLDR: I was expecting corruption but nonexistent. I was expecting some cool dudes to make a move on MC but all I got were uncles and shota. I was expecting there to be more customization and variety (outfits and choices) but seems limited too.

However, game has some decent art and an eerie backstory. A big chunk of interaction for y'all boob lovers and shotacon.

If you are a big fan of Kagura Games like me, this is a must-play! The art is really good and there is a lot of content to enjoy. Everyone in the reviews is complaining about the dumb main character but if you don't mind that then you will enjoy this. It's a hentai game so who cares if she's dumb? As a matter of fact, I think it's pretty cute! If you came here expecting some Romeo and Juliet kind of story then this isn't for you. If you can look past the intentionally made dumb character you will enjoy this. Plus, the main character being dumb means quick access to the good good shit

So... The art is good and thats about it for this game, the MC is so dumb that she goes with everything the teacher tells her and thats goes for the other characters too, this game is just... uninteresting.
