Overview:
A collection of mods I made for Course of Temptation game.

Visual mods, cheat mods, QoL improvements, dubcon events, and random assortment of stuff and things I added into the game. Mostly done as a challenge to myself, just to see how to do things using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm still a noob, so go easy on me.​

side note:
if you are a beginner, i recommend installing one mod at a time and test it in game. if it runs without error, proceed to install the next mod and test it again. this approach ensures that each mod is installed correctly. if a mod fails during installation, it will be easy to identify the problematic one and fix it quickly or just remove it and install another one

it's about having the proper method to install and uninstall a mod

if you are not a beginner, feel free to proceed as you like. if you encounter any issues, you likely already know how to handle them

How to Install Mod Updates or Reset HTML (Beginner Guide)

HTML may break when you delete a mod, replace it with another, or update a mod with a new version etc

Remember, when you want to delete/update anything in mods folder
1. Make sure you've saved the save file somewhere on your PC
2. Delete the old .mod files from the mods folder
3. Or add new updated .mod files to the mods folder

To reset HTML
1. Delete the logs folder inside the mods folder
2. Delete the modded HTML
3. Replace it with vanilla HTML
4. Run KittyPatcher

To check if the patch is successful
1. Open FailsPatchLog.txt in the \mods\logs folder

- If the file is empty, patching was successful​

2. Run the HTML to see if the mods are working

Basic Portrait for NPC

Overview:
This is a basic portrait for NPC. The NPC are simplified into basic groups. You can replace the imageset with your own. Can use 2D, 3D, AI arts, realistic image or replace it with your own artwork.

Who Is Nearby (KittyPatcher Edition)

Overview:
With this mod, you can see who is nearby in the People button without having to click on it. The badges will display when they are nearby.

Overview:
This is a random mod, what you see is what you get.

This mod is for removing Web2.0 gloss and radius, set history to 15 instead of 5, show in-game days in sidebar and calendar on your phone, and remove hidden control (sub/dom) meter so you can cheat early.

Just my two cents - the stuff with the weather seems pretty annoying to me. Shall I double all outfits with a hot/cold version? Great game, but there are elements that don't make much sense in a porn game. This is one of those.

i feel you. if the weather changes a lot in a day, that's too much for a porn game. plus, having to plan what to wear every time the weather shifts is no good. it's gonna get annoying really fast

but there is a point to the weather element. it could affect voyeurism/exhibitionist etc behavior among pc/npcs

also before this, i just picked my daily clothing and never changed it from day one since i'm not into text-based fashion (but i do care about what npc wear tho). so this change might help me to branch out a little bit

weather is still brand new. hope the dev finds a way to make it less annoying in the future. plus you can always just tick them off in the option

I have always wonder why cannot I go take a closer look when I see someone messing around when I have the voyeur skill. And this mod goes further and asks to join.
I have also seen 2 NPC hooking up in River Rat and yet has no option do anything about it...
One question: If I added the mod will the save files be backward compatible?

I noticed that I got introduced to the Porn Addict NPC early through here, and now she is booty-call-able (after getting her phone number). Not that I mind, but just letting you know this mod technically allows you to fuck them and potentially other titled NPCs early.

the threesome and laundry mods were just quick tests. i hope the dev will adds more of that in the future. if more opportunity events get added, i won't need to make them myself. it's a win win. lol

but if the dev doesn't add it, maybe i'll do it myself when i am free

all the mods in my collection are safe to play on the vanilla version. i don't think i added any custom variables that would mess up the save file if someone tries my mods for a bit and later decides to go back to vanilla. but just in case i messed something up, make sure to save locally before modding

ah, i see. porn addict is very easy to run into randomly in vanilla. after you find them in the library, just favorite them and you'll see how easy it is to meet them again, way before the second event happens. since i changed the code, it'll be even easier to find them stuck in the laundry event, since they're an exhibitionist -_-"

i didn't change much of the requirements, but i think i'll add something that will avoid using special npcs in it in the future

well! not related to porn addict per se, but how about some casual free use opportunities? could be an open door at the dorm ( could be also perverts on the bus or library, or something similar) presenting an opportunity to peek to find someone masturbating, and (perhaps with enough disinhibition) waltzing in to fuck them. but yeah that general idea ^^
