Nitpick, but the pet update really bugs me, namely the fact that guinea pigs are sold in the stores alone, and really aren't pets that you could feasibly own in a college dorm, also their behaviour is off. Total nitpick, I know.

The hypno in this game is technically not noncon. You consent to being hypnotized even if you don’t realize what you’ll be made to do. Consensual hypno is a thing.

Characters can have different skin/hair color, but no mention of ethnicity/race anywhere. PC and NPCs can have hair length and color as turn on/offs but not skin color. No major blackmail as content.
Sextortion adjacent events are the room mate's SO giving you slutty tasks and punishing you for failure, a bully extorting sexual favors for a reprieve from harassment, and a frat character having you participate in sexual adulteration of food so you're complicit in the act. It's pretty much all "do sex or we'll be mean" variety.

This implicitly assumes that Viceburg will have as much content as this game. This is a very high bar, because the problem with having graphics in your game is that it, well, takes more effort than just writing text. That's why you don't see all that many games with this much content, especially not sandboxes - because either you include the appropriate images/video for your content, which is hard, or you do text only, which drives away the sizable fraction of your playerbase that wants their games to be graphic.
If one is fine with consuming their porn as text, text-only games like CoT have an inherent advantage which is very hard for other games to overcome.

... actually the theme is no rocket science - someone should take over. The game has lots of fun ideas, meaning that there are more than one writer abler to write a nice, surprising and funny hypnosis story line. I'll write it here again and again - the content given is great, the only downside is too many loose ends. Hypnosis is one of them.

With the new update, I can't summon exhibitionists I know for porno streams anymore.
you need to invite to date, you can propose a relationship with NPC after complete some milestone and with certain amount of romance when talk with them, sometimes NPC will propose to you after the date, talk or sex.
The mail center is in Chamberlain Hall. That's the second place you can order dinner in on campus, long brown building south of Emerson and north of the library.
So I take it nothing significant happens with the new 'passed out from drunkeness' feature.
Haven't managed to trigger any events beyond the one that goes "you pass out and wake up in some bushes", and I've spent several nights drunk as a skunk slurring my way through town and on campus from dusk till dawn. Guessing there isn't anything beyond that, but then again it could just be another outbreak of acute won't-trigger-unless-you-have-36-specific-traits-itis.
Either talk to them directly and suggest a relationship or wait for them to ask you, which could take a while.
