I did the football team quest (It's A Team Sport) by giving them all handjobs at the movies, but it suggests you have to fork them!

If you want to remove the glasses you would have to restart the game with a different seed, or change the global glasses chance. I didn't really look into how gifts work but maybe you could also add a custom "no glasses" item that you could give the npc and overwrite the default ones.

Not an expert in changing/adding those too, but will try and see how it goes
