Okay, cards on the table. What are the most horrifying and downright batshit crazy games you ever had the questionable pleasure to encounter? Not talking about the weak, vanilla stuff here, rape, futa, pictures of spiderman, get out of here thats not impressive. I am talking about the science-fiction stuff that only the most creative and most sick minds out there could've come up with, stuff that could not be further from reality - shitting dicknipples, nostril fisting, functioning communism, stuff like that.

I am of course purely asking out of scientific curiosity and I am in no way connected to the FBI or other glorious agencies of freedom, pinky promise.

Ruin Me gets pretty weird at times.
SiNiSiSTar is another one with a Lovecraftian influence, has some weird stuff beyond the usual monster rape.
I remember Another Dimension having some pretty creative Game Overs. Kwarurariru too, kinda.
Parasite Infection is one with a very niche fetish.
