okay no idea how to get the game to run without this red screen tried vgdoodoo but no idea if it even works or if i get the right settings looking for any help like the right settings or way to run the game without it looking like its run on a virtual boy

The bug or red screen are caused because of Windows 11.

Also, new update is a (very detailed) background:
This seems to be from the second game, and possibly the story is that an elite recruit was sent to find the other two troops since their ship returned empty. So the protagonist with silver hair decided to go after them in the even more abandoned ship. She searches the same ship but only finds aliens who decide to ambush her. And since they'll see she's a girl, they'll do the same to her as they did to their other three victims.

Honestly, just some technical breakdowns, more fleshed out progress updates, something. Maybe some fun tidbits about past games, what the new guys are like etc.

anyway the solution is just download the windows update KB5067036 on your computer/laptop

you can also see if you download it already on Windows Update > Update History. And from there search KB5067036

anyone know the style of game this is? like everything unlocked just clicking the video tabs at the bottom. if so any recommendations?

visual novel i would guess closest i can think of are CourregesAce games but you have to unlock the scenes in those games
