the latex plague idea sounds very nice,I sugges you use this idea,we have very few games on f95 and overall that have latex/rubber,etc. as main focus or major focus of the game.

fun fact: I was playing since the announcement for the complete main storyline on a 5.0.1 ver,i assumed that they updated them but turn out,No,i was confused when i reached the castle and it said to wait for further updates.

Congrats on the upcoming Steam release! Although, uh... As you might imagine, some people would very much prefer to avoid associating the game with their Steam account. You can make your profile entirely private or entirely public, but last time I checked you can't hide specific games. Just something to keep in mind when calculating whether something is "technically still available to everybody, just from a specific storefront". I still remember getting alerts that one of my friends had started playing a porn game. 
Fair point! Although with a title like Crimson Veil, it isn’t entirely obvious what kind of game it is unless someone does digging into the store front lol.

In some Countries, you can't even get steam games that have sexual content because of several censorships.
I’m aware. Part of getting your game on Steam is going through a lengthy survey talking about what sort of content your game has. Needless to say, you won’t be able to download it through Steam in Brazil at the very least. XD

I just discovered I could not see the game on Brazil store, and then I see this. Okay, that was singled very well. But I find it a bit weird as we do get lewd content on steam here in Brazil.

I've always found itch to be a better alternative so I'm glad it's there. I wouldn't be able to "anonymously" support MKRU (among others) if it wasn't.

I think trailers are better when they're more upbeat. The song you chose is very low energy. In any case, I hope your Steam launch is a great success and brings you many new fans!
