RPGM - Crossdressing in Camelot [v0.46.8] [Stickyicky]

Great author, the writing really stands out and helps you want to play. Currently 15 hours in, so heaps of content.
It also has a fun combat system.
And of course a wide variety of fetish content and well written sex scenes.
Highly recommended.

It's a fun game with a simple premise, You're a young man who has to save his father but you lack the power to do so.

So in this crazy world where you lack the strength to rescue your father, you find out you have powerful magical potential and thus do anything you can to become the greatest sorceress who ever lived and the fun is meeting people along the way.

The writing is fun and the scenarios great but like other reviews have stated, a lot of the scenes lack images which hopefully it'll be added sooner or later.

the developer puts out content monthly at regular intervals which is nice and seems passionate about this game. Hopefully they keep it up. Worth a try imo.

Side note: the skill tree still feels superficial to me but I might be doing something wrong.

I'm giving this game 5/5 stars. It's extremely well written, I enjoyed it thoroughly. It does however lack CGs/visual support for really 90% of the scenes and I think that if someone put in the work to provide it with graphics as good as the writing is, I think this game would become truly outstanding!

The game does have its charm, that's for certain but I don't really enjoy the writing and the characters. It's all very casually awkward.
Lose against the lizard man? He will talk to you like some sort of work pal.
The MC rarely seems to care about what happenes to him as well.

If you're looking for a silly lewd adventure, go ahead but if you'd prefer some proper story bits, interesting charactes or more believable reactions of the NPCs and the MC, move on.

As of v.040.6 this game is fun but it does has its flaws, the art and porn is good but misleading as most of the game is text based. There are sex sounds in the game SE files but they arent used. Still gameply is not grindy and there is a lot of sex. Overall fun game

Really liked this game up until I got to the dungeon where you're forced to turn into a woman, at which point I lost any interest I had in the game. I hate it when games do this, I want to play a femboy, not a transsexual, even if it's only temporary.
To be fair to the game though, everything up until that point was really good, and despite being an RPGM game it didn't have too much of the normal vague RPGM grindfest type stuff. It's still there, but compared to many games out there it railroads you into the content pretty well and it doesn't waste too much of your time. If you're looking for a game where you get to play as a bottoming femboy, don't mind a bit of dull RPGM moments and also don't mind getting turned into a girl at one point, then you should definitely give it a try. For me though, that was a complete deal breaker.

EDIT: The dev informed me that you can actually skip dungeons using an option in the hub area, so that effectively fixes my problem with the game. Star rating changed to 4.

Nice little game with a lot of fetishes, leaning more towards gay/sissy stuff, wich is not a bad thing for me personally. It has a lot of small details which makes the game stand out, and it is updated pretty regularly so far. Few things I can suggest to make the game better: Firstly, make more art in it( especially Kaf3 art is awesome). And secondary, make more chastity scenes)

This is one of the hottest femboy games I've ever played. The scenes are well-written and the plot is better than in the most sissification games (when I first played this game, the whole "feminized to become a sorceress" thing made me snort tea onto my keyboard).
However, this game has one severe downside -- it has very little CGs, and that's why I can only rate it 4/5. I understand that it's not so easy to hire an artist and not everyone can draw quality lewdies, but I just don't like text-based games, and if you feel the same, you probably shouldn't expect a lot of fun.

I quite like this game and have been supporting it for a while. The scenes are well written, developer is active and communicative, story is fun and interesting.

Only downside is that the developer has had some issues retaining an artist to work on the game, so the story starts with high quality art that just kind of stops 1/3 of the way through. They've mentioned that they're actively looking for artists to take over the project, but for now it's a key missing feature.

I have no doubt that on completion an artist will be found and the game will be worthy of a perfect score - but for now 4/5 seems fairest.

It's an interesting game with unique premise, ompare to most of the other games on the site. Graphics are okay but sound design needs more variety. I consider this as a wait 1 year for next play. By then there is good chance that the game will improve significantly. Good luck for this team.

This game is still not finished so i will give a provisional review,i might change it once its finished,current ver 0.31

First things first the art is not bad however its too cartoonish for my taste,in many places there are placeholders,the city is mostly empty/just for decoration with no use.This is highlighted by the fact that you have a couple of warp points and there arent many location that they take you,as of right now its bare bones.

story doesnt seem to be bad but it tries way too hard to be funny and interesting,way too many cliches,the game is text heavy so if you dont like reading then this isnt for you.

Combat and skilltree for now is very basic.

scenes are meh,save for a few its not very encouraging right now,i get that its called crossdressing but seriously its too many M-M and its seems forced alot of times,i wish there was more M-F content to fit in with the premise of the game that you can remain somewhat or mostly male.

Why femenizing yourself granting you more magical power? This isnt explained and i'd like that to be better explained.

Characters seems kind of shallow.

Well, the the prologue of the game looks interesting and that's where most good content actually is.

There are dialogues, some choices, a few interesting and well animated characters...

It goes south after the prologue. A very basic "lose to get a sex scene" system, with a distinct drop in writing quality. Most of the content is just text, with very few animations.

Not worth the time unless you're really, really starved for crossdressing games.

This game presents itself as an RPG / RPG maker game but its really very barebones and is more like a visual novel really... Infact theres not a lot of visuals. Many of the scenes have just 1 picture and a ton of text.. some scenes dont even have a picture its an actual black screen with a ton of text. So if thats your thing this is cool but if not.. beware.

I sadly dislike this game although I am totally into nearly all fetishes which are included in this game.

To sum up what I hate about this game:

- Bugs, bugs, bugs. Expect to reload quite a few times after you can't see anything anymore or characters bug through the room.
- Some quests bug out, some events just disappear or appear too soon with no context / introduction.
- Text only. This is a 95% text only game. There are a handful of CG's but that is a rarity. It's really frustrating to see nothing and read a small text box at the bottom of the screen while anything else is just black.
- Bland MC. The mc totally accepts getting gangbanged after a few minutes of playing. Don't expect any character development. The MC is a total bimbo right from the getgo.
- Boring combat. Also it is way too easy. The basic idea of the combat is interesting but it is just unbalanced and doesn't matter after like 15 minutes.
- Outfits. Yes you can barely see a few pixels on the mc sprite but apart from stats it does not matter what you wear.

´The only enjoyment a player could get out of this game are the relatively long sex scenes. The writing differs from aweful cringe to quite good.
That alone does not make the game any more fun to me though.

In order to "fix" this game to make it enjoyable you would have to rewrite / rebalance the corruption and add a shitton of CG's.

I played the HTML twine version of the game way back when it was first released and I'm now trying the RPGM version. It suffers badly due to the change in platform because this is clearly a twine game shoehorned into the wrong platform. The writing and sex scenes are amazing. But there are no images. So you get treated to long sequences of black screens with lot of plot but no accompanying images... in an RPGM game!

If as a developer you are going for a visual novel with very little art, then RPGM is a horrible format for that. RPGM/Renpy scenes work great for scenes/screens which have short dialog and most of the situation should be conveyed using the art, not text. And let's be honest the real meat here is the story/plot and scenes. Not the mediocre combat. To make a decision to change platforms for better combat is missing the entire point of why anyone would want to play this game.

Not to mention, most of the game is very buggy. For example my game hung after the Sorceress dickgirl scene and I couldn't exit to the game world. You don't even have any immersion because most of the time you would be portaling to the locations rather than move there using some sort of map UI.

The tragedy about promising adult games is that most are good stories buried under bad gameplay which is what is happening here.

As of now the game is pretty early in its development. The beginning of a story is already here and im liking where it is going. The settings and characters seem interesting enough for my tastes.
Sadly there are only a few scenes with images, most of it is text based. Which is fine but somewhat disappointing. But in due time i believe that wont be much of a problem.

Especially love that there's a certain sense of dignity in the writing - a rare thing to see in this genre. Even though you're getting porked 9 times out of 10, neither you nor the npcs are being degraded in the process.

it works you can be gay and a stud i am really hoping for more updates as the story is interesting together with interesting characters. The only problem for me is the difficulty in some areas but its easily grindable. The art is also one of its selling points. really hoping for more updates

Too media light for a RPGM game. Stickyicky leveled up to a visual medium so I'm going to grade it with RPGM standards. Know this, for the most part, any time you get a scene you'll end up with a wall of text and a black screen which was tolerable (but not great) when this was made in twine but now it's really bad. On top of that, you don't get a character avatar or clothing so you can only go off on descriptions of things. The clothing options don't change on the character sprite either. Even Japanese RPGM games do this and those games don't focus on transformation like this game does so that's another negative. Still, the content that is there is okay. It's written well but it's too overly verbose for genre based on text boxes.

It's also weird how the town is so obviously incomplete even though it mostly uses the default rpgm tileset. Making a hub is the easiest shit so having a lifeless town and having to teleport to the guild at this point is a big negative. It is also not arranged in a very sensible way. If you want to see how a rpg town looks like then look for examples from old SNES era games - the inn/bar would be near the entrance. Same deal with the shops since those are high traffic areas but here they're seemingly placed wherever. Right now, shops go in the back, inn off to the right near the edge of the screen, down the street is the magic shop which wouldn't get many customers, and near the bottom of the screen is the townhall with random non-interactible stalls. It's a mess. The roads and buildings are too big compared to the character sprites it looks weird as hell. It looks like the magic shop was converted from a gymnasium, add in a tiny single tile door and it really looks awkward.

I typically play low fem/high purity and do what I can to avoid M/M content in this game and it's mostly doable so that's a plus. The game can and will catch you out but with smart play you can avoid it which is how all of these M2F games should play so it gets an extra point for that. You can also go full voluntary submissive cockslut if that's what you want. Unfortunately that's about as positive I can be about the character progression since almost everything is consequence free. If you want to reverse your fem rating or purity then just win fights and be sexually dominant. There are very few if almost no long term consequences. Maybe it changes later but from what I played that was my experience.

A lot of flaws, but not a bad game. Play it if you're a fan of the genre or miss it if you aren't. Either way it's not like you'll be wasting your time. Just tighten up the graphics on level 3.

This game is now my 1st and biggest favorite game of all time. I love everything about this game. So good work whoever made this game.

Game have amazing story, and gameplay reminds me of Melty's Quest. So for me this game will get 5/5 stars because of it.

I do wish more games like this because i am myself seeing as one crossdressing guy wearing girl outfits and clothes ever since my teenager years.
