Hm, How did I end up on that route, MC is always dismissive of her. MC never paid for any photo. Yes I do but she keep getting back. Either way I must have messed up somewhere if you get a different result.

When you say you're always dismissive, does that include leaving her with Tyson at the party early in the game, instead of taking her home? That's how you activate the NTR/NTS route which is the switch that determines what sort of pictures she sends the MC.

It's unavoidable, with the only difference being that on the alpha route is MC taking pics (and so in theory kind of has some control over the content) regardless of your initial reaction to the idea. That said, out of two sessions done so far we only get to see pictures from the first one, and the second is just weirdly never spoken of even a week+ later in the game. Same for Tyson/Alex thing. All previous ongoing events just kind of get dropped for the new Emily subplot.
As far as I remember i always have left her alone, not really caring so yes, I probably left her with Tyson. But how does that reaffirms that I want to see pictures of her with him? where is the logic in that?
The choice to take her home or leave her is explicitly marked as a potential start of NTR/NTS path. MC always "canonically" has some feelings for Emily even if he's got a girlfriend now. You only get to pick how he reacts to them, not decide if they're present. So leaving her with Tyson you enable game state where he's jealous/conflicted over Emily getting close with Tyson, and she more or less succesfully capitalizes on that.

Yeah, makes sense. When a game is built with NTR/NTS premise then most people will want to pick it rather than effectively skip the content. But even then, the game kind of neglects events also on the NTR/NTS path, where the second photo session of Jasmine with the photographer guy happens and then there's absolutely no mention of it or any follow-up. It's just weird, and it makes me wonder if the author playtests their game at all -- aside from these plot flow issues there's no explanation how they'd overlook the picture sale bug e.g. on the NTR/NTS path if they actually did.
Route is broken if you don't agree to Jasmine OF but entered cuck route by letting Emily go with black dude.
It has Regnold doing the shoot, and the MC is all into it without having ever spoken to anyone about it. But when it comes time to do the shoot, MC is the one taking the picture.
And frankly, I can already see that this is a strictly netorase vs "alpha" game without a separate netorare route.

Yeah, the dev is an expert at teasing. 7th update will finally have some long promised content. Maybe we will even live long enough to see dev use Alex as more than an object to avoid sad cuck sights or lonely bus rides... Would be cool romance story for gays to see those two bond over chicks making terrible choices. But I guess it's a tought work for autor because this game at times doesn't feel real with those 2d arts and somewhat prolonged story.
