Do you mean after you bring the xeno to the station? There is a little more to do. You can go back to the boss and that's when you meet his daughter or niece (forget which she is). You also get access to another location with a few characters to fuck. There are no more quests though for now, and it seems Das wants to get the characters that are there already some animations before moving forward.

Do you have the most recent version? Because there should be another location, on the same planet as the resort, called Tribelands. Did you take the next package from the Boss's office? His niece (not daughter) will also be in there waiting.

From the top:
1. Take package at start.
2. Go to resort and get access to Mr Mellow, and give him the package.
3. Go back to mothership and talk to Boss.
4. Go back to resort, get the xeno in the basement.
5. Go to Station III, talk to lady at gate and have sex with her to get it open.
6. Talk to Gina, which should be an option about having a delivery but you can't use the elevator. She'll tell you about a keycard.
7. Go to Chuck's Bar, which is through the diner.
8. Talk to flamingo lady and select the option about the key/elevator. She gives it to you after sex.
9. Go to the basement, talk to the lizard guys, they request lube and condoms. Talk to Gina for the stuff. Then back to the guys.
10. Enter the door next to the lizard guys, then the back room after that, talk to xeno queen and choose the options about bringing the xeno.
11. Then you can go back to the company mothership, talk to boss for next assignment.

I had a bug when I played last time a while ago where the game was softlocked because it never recognized that I went through all that and picked up the xeno for delivery and the only way to fix it was restarting the game.

I picked up xeno from the resort, but there is no option when I talk to Gina except for 'nevermind'.
I tried clicking on the elevator and it just says you need an access card. When I talk to the flamingo in the bar I can only select 'hello' which doesnt do anything.

Then you either missed a step, have a bad download, have an older version, are trying to play from a save made on a previous version (which will cause bugs), or there's something missing that I didn't think was needed such as interacting with the elevator and then talking to Gina.

I have a bug in "Dove receptionist" scene. When I launch it in the gallery, or talk to dove, the scene after sex plays, and the triangle icon doesn't respond when I click on it. Does anyone else have such a bug?

As far as I know, the developer's been busy with IRL obligations, and beyond that has been doing commissions.
