Depends on your definition of "cuckold".

Willing sharing (netorase) is closer to f95's swinging tag definition, unwilling sharing (netorare) is closer to f95's NTR tag definition.

But be mindful that tags aren't applied perfectly, and also consider that many games might start with netorase and move towards netorare later or vice versa.

It is true that the concept of cuckold is close to swinging, but they are not the same because swinging refers to one of the partners sharing the other for reasons other than the concept of cuckold (a partner who likes to give his partner to another person for sex).
But now, for some reason, f95 employees prefer to use the two tags ntr and sinwging for the concepts of sharing, swinging, cuckold, cukcqueen, and ntr, maybe to avoid spoilers, I don't know!

Agree. Unless the dev states that there is netorase (willing cuck) or explicitly states there is cuck content in the game description there's no way to search it on f95 other than what other people have said and go with NTR or netorare and hope you get lucky.

It seems that when a game has a share, cuckolding or hotwife relationship, they use the swing tag, but this is not a very good approach because when a game has a swing tag, it is not clear whether it got this tag because of sharing or because of hotwife or etc
