This isn't a save, it's a gallery unlock. It enables every option in the gallery even if you haven't watched the scenes yet, it works on every save. Sorry, I explained this more thoroughly in the first version I posted, the one you quoted is part of a conversation with another user who was having trouble with v6.0.
To watch the scenes you'll need to at least play the first few minutes of the game until you can roam the city at night, then go into one of the buildings outside your room window and talk to the medium there.
You could also install the RPGM cheats to warp to the room directly if you want, though I do encourage you to try the game, you might actually enjoy playing.

Even after all this time it's still so weird how much effort he puts into trying to make sure people can't crack his stuff and it feels like its affecting both the speed and quality of his projects, both this one and that sidescroller that was supposed to be a prequel to 2. I know he rally wants to be able to live off of these (I guess) but I think he should focus more on putting something good out before being worried about people "stealing" it. How much time do you think he's spent on making the new Patreon outfits rather than working on the bunch of storylines that he's got loose ended and buggy?
