It's in during early phase of freeing Jeanne from slavery quest.
When the MC asked to shows up on stripper podium, CHOOSE GIVE UP INSTEAD OF ENDURE, choosing endure leads to the scat scene.
I learn it the hard way by choose to endure, now if you excuse me, I need to apply bleacher on my eyes.

Also: An AI translation from Chinese to English for the previous game would be very much appreciated, as the developer's English TL of the previous Cursed Armor game is very difficult to understand at times, and it doesn't seem to have a Japanese TL neither, at least on F95. Consider the old game as needing an AI translation, thanks!

The game already has a mention to the cheat plugin inside the
plugins.js file, you should be able to get away with just dropping the cheat_menu.js and cheat_menu.css inside the plugins folder, make sure you overwrite whatever is already there.

Not that the dev uploaded, no.
Dev didn't say anything about needing a new save. I've been playing this game for a while, and don't remember ever having to create a new save for an update. He did say though that there might be a new save file location.
Just make sure to create a new folder for the update. That way you can still play the previous version if you want.
