The shame value is stored separately from the rest of the stats. I can test your file just to make sure it works, but that won't be of much use to help you change the value.
If you want to edit shame, I've posted a cheat for that a while ago on #4,710. You also need the cheat menu plugin here:

and use it by pressing 1. If you want to change some of the custom values, follow the post above. Just note that I'm not 100% on those cheats working on 5.90v, let me know if they don't and I might implement a fix.

come on guys just wait for gooning, full game gonna release this october, why still asking info about the v5.9, u can scroll the entire comment u will find what u want guys, cheat? gallery unlock? already there just search with your own keyboard, or just wait the full release version and yeah there will be someone creating new cheat or gallery unlock for the newest ver too. its look like hard for scrolling tho?
Wait, they finished the game? I guess the final version will be 6.0, give or take bugfixes.

6.0 has been out for a while now. The current version is 6.12, released in January.
He's been posting a few progress updates on the true ending (the one with the Anubis/mummy) over the last year. It'll probably come out with the full version of the game.
They might also release the succubus well dlc either as a paid dlc or included. I'll probably upload it here if they don't.
Another huge maybe is the agnietta/la vitalis cross promotion.

Yeah, the code for it is already in game (no images though). I'm more questioning if they're going to release it with the steam release or impose some other requirements like the well dlc.
