If you spent $150 on the game, then everything is free for you. The condition mentioned in the quote is to become a paid subscriber and enter your username and password in the game. Then you will have new quests. I do not know how the author tracks the login and password, but if you ask for a login from a person who has already paid for everything and entered it on his computer, the author of the game promises to ban the person who shared the login and password.
