Please continue developing the game as you envisioned. I'm sure everyone would be thrilled to receive two wonderful games! Just contact the original developers and ask for permission to continue developing your own game, drawing inspiration from the original. Let's not forget the legendary AKABUR, who inspired countless developers, and how many dozens of games have been released thanks to his style, art style, storylines, and simply similarities to his masterpieces.
I cannot believe the people actually cheering this on are real. There's no mental gymnastics you can do to try and turn this into a positive thing.

It's not a "copy" why people are still saying this, it's literally the game reposted with the texts changed a little bit, it's literally the same folder and the same file names, the game still links to the original patreon and everything, the guy didn't even bother trying to do the bare minimum for his scam attempt.

No, copy implies creating a new thing that looks the same, he took the original game folder and edited the text files, nothing else, he didn't copy anything, it is the same game, I don't think you downloaded it if you are even questioning it.

Wait, when I use the command "copy" to make copies of my files and then put those copies elsewhere on my PC, I'm creating new things?

Dude, make your own story, because the original developer has been gone for 3 months, and his game still doesn't have anything worthwhile... Make it look good, and don't pay attention to the stupid comments
