Your example doesn't describe abandonment. In many jurisdictions there are often are legal routes to claim actually abandoned property from. For example bonded titles for cars or adverse possession laws for homes and properties. There's actual defined criteria that goes well beyond someone simply going on vacation.

Besides that. Who fucking cares? This is a piracy forum. So we're fine with pirating games but we aren't fine with developers pirating content? You realize daz assets are bought and paid for right? Are you going to get this bothered if a dev pirates their daz assets? It's the same thing.

Pirates don't steal something and make it into an asset flip to make money. Bypassing DRM, locale restrictions, and abandonware limitations is one thing. Selling stolen goods is something else.

reminds me of another similar project for that rick and morty game and that was truly epic, maybe this will be the case too.
to many adult games have incompetent devs and the original creator for this game already did that to another game and their art they just milk everything.

So ignoring the probably dozen GoT parodies on this site? Or the several parodies for other IPs that are basically a 1:1 remake of the source material with sex scenes added in? Hope you're just as enthusiastic about calling those out as well.
