For this game in particular is not normal, for other projects/games? yeah some devs update or give news once a month or more, I hope im wrong but this sudden stop is a little bit worrying ngl.Fellas here who followed this project from start, is this delays normal? are the terrain is starting to lose fuel??
That really depend on the content of the update, so far update 0.4 is very small! The reason they were able to release so quick was because they had a demo ready to release and immediately started working on the second version, it finally caught up, seeing a release every week is not possible, the schedule just became normal now.
You know they got lives right? That really depend on the content of the update, so far update 0.4 is very small!

Dev said he didn‘t work his full time job for a week to bring the update faster, just to put things into perspective. Bro works full time and still manages to deliver early. They have jobs or an education to follow, they're not even close to making enough to live off of patreon, use your stupid brain instead of acting smug
And then you have people expecting an update every week smhDev said he didn‘t work his full time job for a week to bring the update faster, just to put things into perspective. Bro works full time and still manages to deliver early.
To be fair, it was the dev who promised weekly updates to my understanding. You can't blame people for expecting people to follow through on what was being promised. Also, it's not like it would be the first time to have a game of a similar genre to be abandoned or delayed...And then you have people expecting an update every week smh
Of course weekly updates were promised which happened consistently up until now, but he also said that for 0.4 it will take more time than usual because they wanted to include more unique artwork for individual dialogues to make it more lively. To my understanding the consistency this dev has put up until now is the highest amount of consistency of any dev on this website so this consistent update schedule should absolutely not be something that people take for granted (especially when having a full time job aside from working in a team where everyone has to consistently deliver their part). To be fair, it was the dev who promised weekly updates to my understanding. Plus, the entire pricing structure on patreon usually doesn't support actually finishing a game. Why would you sell a game for 40-50 dollars once when you can collect 13 dollars a month from everyone until it's finished.
Hopefully this game is an exception to the norm and continues to be updated frequently until it's eventual completion.
