The fact that the ummoded vanilla ENG pack is 146 Go (actually) never cease to amaze me.
As is the fact that most peoples only now of Illusion and not of this circle.

I only posted here because previous op's were a complete mess and I had to clarify things for the past 200 pages because of that.
The previous op just reuploaded a bunch of files then *refuses to elaborate* while carrying over the outdated meaningless information from the previous op. That was the state of this thread for many years.
Don't just copy paste random parts of the guide in the op. I don't want to make it easy for bots to find potentially sensitive information. It's dangerous. Other major resources that got too much exposure were eventually wiped out. There are people who actively hunt down and report links. Whole lists actually. If you can't understand this simple fact I'll take everything down myself and leave the eng community to rot for all I care. The only reason eng repacks exist today is because they are a biproduct for extracting and porting the official translation to jap version. This and because years ago crappy repacks with random preloaded mods started spawning and the issues associated with these repacks were flooding the CM discord server. The vanilla repack was built to combat bad practices and to have something that works reliably for once and is well documented.

I don't give a fuck what you do with the files and how many times you guys reupload them. Just don't attach my name to the op. That is my one and only request. I reserve my right to fuck off and abandon this project if my demand is not met.

These are the only instructions you need in the op. Easy to understand and follow without going into too much details.

-Avoid download managers like IDM that can mess with the file names.
-Download all parts in the same location. Make sure none is missing, only then you can proceed to extracting.
-Extract with

. Only run the first part and the rest will self extract. Do not use winrar or whatever.
-Do not install in Downloads, ProgramFiles, Documents or other restricted folders.
-Keep the install path very short like "D:\Games\COM3D2_EN\COM3D2.exe"
-Run game with COM3D2.exe launcher. From the launcher settings enable the internet function so you get notified when updates are available.

The base game is only around 10GB the other 130+ GB is DLC. Yes this game has a LOT of DLC. I think it would be nice to have an "essentials" or "lite" packs that that have the base game + 25-50 GB of the "best" DLC.

I don't blame Lolz if they decide abandon this thread with how unappreciative the member in this thread, especially that ragebaiter. Not even that ragebaiter even help the issue of the member here.

man i would love to play the jp ver but i dont have a vpn to torrent it rn been wanting to play this again i had the game backed up before but i sent my laptop in for repairs and i accidentally signed a thing to wipe my drives so the got rid of my backups its been 2 years now

Okay, can someone make a tutorial for dummies? I had this game downloaded when it was 45 or 50 GB, and now you're telling me it's over 150 GB? :V I'm downloading R10, and I've always wanted to have the most complete version of the game possible. I see that this update is CUSTOM ORDER MAID 3D2 Update Ver. 2.47.0, and there's even a newer version, CUSTOM ORDER MAID 3D2.5 Update Ver. 3.47.0... I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing or what I'm supposed to do. Back then, it was just downloading a huge file, and now I have to install patches, DLC, and update, and I don't understand anything. Please, a tutorial for idiots like me.
