Is there a lot of sharing/swinging content in this game or is it more of a side dish?
I'd try it and see for myself but with a game as big as this one I'd rather ask before downloading it lol

I think he meant as in the fetish man. In which case, yes. There is a fair amount of Netorase/Sharing content in the game.

The neat thing about the game is that it allows you to approach it the way you want.
You can play it as the owner of a sketchy cabaret club at best, where the maids services and entertains the guests in a way that pushes boundaries on what's normally allowed short of explicit physically sexual stuff. (Albeit you can throw the guests a bone every now and then by giving "special" shows or inviting them to join on VIP sessions).
Or you can go full on whorehouse pimp mode by having the maids openly allow sexual services as part of their job and the services of the establishment despite the maids being in a relationship/smitten with you.

Most of the scenarios of this kind in the game strictly stay in the NTS line, but there are also some scenarios that follow the NTS -> NTR pipeline if that's your jam.

Just a page behind, they talked about both JP and ENG version packs. It's a good place to start. This game gives headache for anyone who are not willing to spend money or time to get into it.

when their training hit 50% or lower, you can choose them to be free or esclusive, also head, if you know what a headmaid does.

preset files are just indexing the assets used and body characteristics (and custom slider values if it's a modded preset).
Use mods.meido.dev to analyze the preset. If the mods are in the database they will be listed with download links. If you're lucky the source will even be still available.
Presets don't necessarily use mods. It could be some dlc that you are missing and if you are using eng version these dlc might not even be available.
As for mod sources that's usually twitter or any site that indexes CM twitter posts like motimoti3d.jp, mukuu.herokuapp.app, Custom Maid Discord, mods.meido.dev.
