Iam not a developer or have any knowledge of games are developed .
My suggestion is that if developers start the game by giving the player options to choose the following would be appropriate .
-Dick size
-tits size
-hair color
-skin color
-pubic hair -clean or shaved
-???
if it is difficult or consum so much resources & efforts than its just a suggestions to improve .
would best if our well known contributor would shed some light .

over to you guys & gals.

Think about the amount of images in a given Ren'Py game. Some have hundreds if not thousands. Some have a multitude of sex scenes. Some drawn, some rendered.
Think about the ones that make the effort to hand-draw their work. Now you want them to expend even more time and money when it could better served developing their game.
Granted, all of this could be implemented with array selection but who's going to get that technical?
It can't just be if $hairColor="Bubblegum Pink" display "Bubblegum pink". It's a tonne of code and effort to allow people to self-insert.

In the case of a mostly-text based game (not Ren'Py's forté, but more along what Twine is good at) then it would be a lot easier to implement all of this. Take something like Degrees of Lewdity. That's Twine-based and easily supports all you're looking for.
