is it weird to like horror porn but not gore horror porn? i feel like it's like asking for ice cream without the ice if that makes sense, as in horror and gore usually go hand in hand y'know?

Nah it's not weird. There are even a few horror nsfw games out there which either play very little into gore/death or not at all, and the focus is entirely around evading monsters or monstrous beings to avoid being raped by them into a game over.
Anyhow, hoping this game gets a gore toggle slider, if it doesn't have one yet.

The gameplay got kind of infuriating after a while especially when the traps are instant kills instead of some damage and moving on. The art and gameplay are really good though I would want to see where this goes, also anyone looking to use cheat engine for ammo you have to count the bullets already in the mag on top of the total then you get the right value to edit.

Top notch art, not a fan of serious gore but the other H-content makes up for it. Game's hilariously buggy though, even for an early demo. If you exit the game and load back in, the save doesn't include what keycards/weapons you had which just completely locks off progress.
Also, using cheat engine reveals odd behavior I've never seen in another game. If you lock the value of the inserted mag, it'll just keep draining bullets from the total ammo pool before going into negatives. I guess the game is coded so that any time your current magazine's value goes up for any reason, it'll take a bullet from the pool.
I'd guess the 1 hit KO bug after dying is the game not properly resetting your health values, so that it looks like you're at full health but actually you're running around at 0 or -1 health or something. The saving/loading/checkpoints are completely messed up in just about every way.

Can anyone mod this game to have infinite ammo? That's the only thing keeping people out of this game. (Apart from the save file too)

Enter total current ammo amount (magazine + spare)
Search, shoot once, fix total amount and search. Edit the result, by setting it up for like 40000 or so.
Set up value will stay even after the death, but locking it will not work, because 'ID' gets changed.
You will have to do it manually on pistol, assault rifle and machine gun.
I’m sitting here, reading comments and constantly seeing people who don’t have enough ammunition. I’m wondering where you even spent so much. At the time of approaching the boss, I had 12/48 on my pistol, 30/52 on my rifle, and 55/80 on my machine gun. at the same time, I often died and cleared all the way to key items. Opponents will likely receive increased head damage. In the whole episode there were 3 rifles and 1 machine gun. Moreover, the weapon replenishes its full ammunition. and if you shot the entire rifle after the first receipt, then by the end of that route, further than the elevator there is 2, and 3 is next to the save in front of the boss. At the same time, I never used up all the ammunition in my rifle before picking up a new one; I always had a little more than a magazine left, or almost 2
