Been awhile since I last checked in here. Still interested to see where this game will end up but I'm finding the enemy count a blight on the fun factor. That many of them are bullet sponges doesn't help either but I guess such is typical for this genre to pad out playtime in order to hide how shallow things can get. My argument from months ago still stands that the sex/death scenes really need to go for more dynamic poses, otherwise they appear too same-y in the end and lack heart.
Night of Revenge and even ThornSin for that matter, for all theirs faults, handle that issue a lot better but eh. This is why I appreciate pixel animations far more than anything directly created with Unity. The latter appear too mechanical otherwise.
True, there are exceptions to the rule, but they're a rare find.
