    v1.1.1

Fair warning, this game is primarily NSFW not because of the porn, but because of the brutal gore. And if you are a man who is into guro, then this is a great game for you. If not, then i can't really recommend this game for its sexual scenes. There are only a few sex scenes compared to gore ones.

I will give compliments to the chef who cooked up this art, this game looks way too good to belong in a fucking mediocre sex game. Because that is exactly what it is, MID. The gameplay gets boring not even an hour into the game. The only two interesting things gameplay wise are the bosses and the various guns you get. That is it, they are the only thing that breaks the mold. The story… is there, i guess. And the game was just long enough that i had to slog through it to finish it. I can only recommend this game if you like gore and looking at beautiful art, otherwise, skip.

Little to no enemy and animation variety across multiple levels, while the (few) actual porn parts are hyper-focused on a single fetish. Combat is slow, repetitive, unengaging, and frustrating. The main issue is that it tries to be both a gore/guro and porn game, and while it does the first somewhat decently, it completely fails as a hentai side-scroller.

    Spoiler Free Review:
This is most definitely a fully fleshed game. Functional, entertaining to play, and even requires skill. That goes far beyond what most other 'games' of the adult type offer.

That being said, the game is not that difficult, and I would recommend playing it on EASY, as the higher setting just makes it more tedious. If you want to play it, and see it all before being bored, this is the way to go.

As the others have said, there's a lot of gore in this game, and whether it is simple background noise to you or fetish material that's not for me to say I treat it as background noise, as the game does not 'overly indulge' in the fetishization of it, that is, most of these would be fine in a modern action game. As is, I wouldn't ascribe it the same moniker of 'gore game' as some other things... I may just be a bit desensitized to it though.

Comparing it to other sidescrolling shooters like Syahata's Bad Day, this certainly is a much more fleshed out game overall. There is no clunk and it looks amazing. High quality production overall, on both the 'game' side as well as the 'animation' side. Oh, and, you don't need to 'farm deaths' to get all the animations in your gallery. That's always appreciated.

Couple more tips: I played the game with the infinity ammo starting gun, upgraded on mission 3 to a powerful revolver (need to go left-side in two different locations after entering a door). Melee attack also is upgraded on that mission. If you have that, and save your 3rd slot ammo for the boss fight at the end of the every level, you shouldn't have problems. That being said, the game is both generous with how healing (F button, yes, I only figured it half way through the game) works (i.e. you essentially get infinite healing so long as you wait for it to regenerate), you can always use the slot 2 weapon to assist yourself on the harder enemies as a melee kill on them restores ammo to slot 2. Always enter the room first before going to the elevator, given a choice, as sometimes there's a missable save spot or a weapon there, and the elevator continues with the level. And always go up an elevator before continuing to go in a straight line. The goal of all levels is to get to the end of the level, defeat the boss and leave after. There are no pickups along the way that you'd need to backtrack and search for.

    Opinions, and spoiler-minimal section:
I think that around level 3-4 I was a bit tired of the game given how large and maze-like the game felt like, pretty sure I missed some optional parts there. Lore bits, maybe. Levels 5 and 6 felt better because both of the 'story side' of them as well as being very linear so I wasn't stressed out about missing anything. Chalk it up to the devs being more lazy but I liked it, there was enough going on to make them interesting, and they were not too long to drag.

Story was fine, interesting enough to... push some cogs running in my head but not enough to actually engage them. Quite simple. Believable enough to keep suspension of disbelief, though, barely. Emotional moments felt flat, and the ending was a bit of a non-ending without proper resolution, though, same can be said about the overall premise. Definitely the weakest link, as art, music and gameplay were all solid. The only jank of gameplay I have actual gripe with was 'platforming'. With the inclusion of platforms going up and down, it is easy to fall and die. But that aside, you get used to everything quite quickly.

    Overall:
I liked it. Wish there was more to it, though not via more levels without substance. If you want a taste, play the first level. It is highest production value and it felt the longest, and most packed with story. If you're still undecided after, play the second. Majority of the content that had proper care paid to it is there.

If you're playing this for some h-game with some survival horror elements, i suggest it not.
it's a sidescroller like many others, and the gameplay... lacks.

the story sounds interesting though, related to transferring, gathering fragments of people brains into machines, and how they are being transformed into the half machine things they are, but the gameplay just doesn't have it.
first, you are pressing D for like 90% of the game, D and M2, if you're running, you gonna take a hit out of nowhere by a enemy that came from darkness, and this frustrates me actually because the game sells you the flashlight as mainpoint, and that you must use background light to see as well, but so many times there's literally NOTHING, just black nothingness as background that your flashlight does not even illuminate to make sure it is on, and enemy just flash out of nowhere on front of you and deal damage.
excluding the unnecessarily hidden insta kill traps, my entire gameplay was snoring, pressing D and "Oh Enemy!" Shoot, repeat, and i'm not lying, you have nothing else to do but walk forward and press m2 + m1, and what gnaws me more, is how LONG these hallways are, you gonna spend a whole minute walking at literally NOTHING, before spawning a single enemy or a group of them, and then repeating it.
my attention span isn't that bad, but i had to use cheat engine just to skip the millions hours hallway that are here for the sake of extending your gameplay time.

the H-Content?... eh...?, i don't care much about H-Animations, as i'm here to review these games gameplay-wise.
but if you are the type of guy that just download cheat mode and gallery to watch animations, there's like 3? or 4 animations total, all the other animations are your character receiving a memento mori of the enemy on the most slow brutal way possible, nothing afterwards, you just die. sounds funniily like the Dev wanted to create a sidescroller shooter, and periodically remembered that's a H-Game, so they added like, one sex animation to make sure people don't get disappointed before switching to gore.
in fact, let me double over, the h-content just happens on game over, so they are actually non existent as along you have minimum of skills.
though i will give a score for the game over screens being a diagram of your character anatomy and showing discrepancies of the cause of your death.

the art style however indeed are good, but eh, just because a art is beautiful doesn't equal something good, not because van gogh made the starry night that means he's the best game designer.

this is the only game where i agree with using cheats and skipping after whatever content you are seeking on it, because the story mode just won't do, you realize soon you are just 1 minute walking on hallways, and start to dash through enemies, frustrated to finish that thing already, these bits they drop values nothing as ammo are very plentiful and you have a pistol with endless ammo, but even if you just want the gallery, atp just download some h-scenes of the gallery, this game weights o HD with big 1.49 GB just so you can see 3 scenes total of sex, you can't even control the stages or whatever, it just happens.

i've heard they're making a second title though, with revamped combats and with more h-content impacting the gameplay.

Very tedious. First of all by the general vibe i fully expected it to be survival horror but it's a fucking sidescroller shooter, it's just boring, a lot of enemies, a lot of walking and sometimes there are insta-kill traps hidden in the shadow that send you to checkpoint.
Good visuals and nice sound, story is okay, i wish there was journal with explanations, or if items had description to them.

To preface, I'm not a guro fan. When I played this game, I was really just looking at the occasional non-guro scene. There are 3, so do not play this game for porn if you do not like guro.

The art is very good. The environments and skyboxes are honestly the best part of the game, it really feels like you're walking through the ruins of a dying city.

However, the gameplay really drags. The level layout is fairly linear, but spammed full of enemies. Though I started the game carefully clearing each room, I ended it dodge rolling past every enemy and throwing down a landmine if I had to ride an elevator at the end.

The story is somewhat interesting, and is what carried me into actually finishing the game.
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

However, the game is also relatively long, mostly padded out by the fact that you die very easily in this game.

It's just okay. I know guro fans will disagree, but I wish the effort put into this game was put into something more vanilla.

A very good game. It gave me a fun experience with its gory themes and action. However, I didn't like the female-on-female sex in this game, and I found the story development a bit boring.
*This is just small talk without any clear criticism because I have to give a review to enter a rating.

I played version 1.0.1, the DLsite english release. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience, but wouldn't play it for the porn.

The aesthetic - music, art, story and voice acting - all were really good. The gameplay was mid.

There is only two sex scenes - one is futa - and they can't be watched fullscreen. Almost all defeat scenes are gore and not erotic at all.

    Recommendations:
    - Wait for version 1.1+ which adds more erotic CG ( as well as gameplay stuff)
    - Play on Easy so the enemies aren't ridiculous bullet sponge
    - Don't worry about collecting all the defeat scenes, you will get them automatically
    - Gallery is accessible after 1st or 2nd mission iirc
    - Do not play if you specifically dislike gore

This game is a run and gun style shooter that has plenty in guns and gore.

THATS RIGHT GENTS, THE GURO ENJOYERS REJOICE ONCE MORE.

The variety is great, the animations polished and the voice acting pretty good.

    G

    GAMEPLAY: 8/10

As simple as you can get for shooters but enough guns to keep it fun, since the game is not that long, its pretty good and does its job, enemy death animations are also unique and varies on which part u shoot.

THE KNIFE is straight up resident EVIL + DOOM with how it makes enemy drop ammo on death and does a good deal of dmg, encouraging its use. If ur running out of ammo kind of a skill issue

    STORY:6/10

vauge and minimal, but serviceable and drives you forward nonetheless, its quite short so i dont think it really warrants any explanation. You need the body parts of a dead gooddess and an embryo thats implanted within you to complete the ressurection of a god basically,

    PORN/GORE 10/10

we eating so good, they got normal porn then there is the gore, quite exceptional as i said in the beginning, 10/10

Really love the art style, the atmosphere, and the environment! The gameplay is quite also quite nice, though I hope there's more to the lore. Too bad there's still that bug in the end where you will get stuck after defeating final boss.

    ErectileDenial

I'm kind of on the fence about this one. It starts off with a good impression. As a sucker for sci-fi stuff, the story got me interested, and the environments across most of the levels were quite nice and atmospheric.

SEX: (just to get it out of the way)
I don't really like guro, but I appreciate the art form of games and can tolerate things I don't really care for if it contributes to the game's atmosphere. I generally don't like to play games soley to jerk it, otherwise it may as well not even be a game. Be warned that there are very, VERY few proper sex scenes (I'm talking 4-6 if I recall) of which in 2-3 of those, our protagonist explicitly dies at the end. Basically, if you don't care for guro at all, this game is not ideal for getting your rocks off. If you decide to play despite that, all of the more conventional sex scenes are available in the first 3 chapters of the game, the latter half being all death. The animation quality for is above average I'd say. The 2D rig looks a little stiff, but it's nothing abnormal.

I don't really want to ding off points for the guro focus. While it's not my thing, there's plenty of ways to watch her die for those that are into that sorta thing. I ended up finishing the game just because I wanted to see it through.

Gameplay: (where the majority of my rating comes from)
The combat is.. okay.. At first it's seems interesting. Melee kills restore ammo, guns have controllable recoil, and you get an I-Frame dodge roll. Very quickly, you'll realize it all boils down to: Hold right down corridor, watch the same enemy type spawn 4-5 times with small gaps between with occasional 'harder' enemies on some gauntlets. It makes things very bland which is sad seeing as there was a lot of potential for some interesting bullet-hell arena/gauntlet type fights instead. I enjoyed the boss fights, though. Those were fun.

    Atmosphere:
Sound design is pretty solid for the genre, definitely above average. Weapon sounds are a little lackluster, but I appreciate that the voice acting wasn't annoying. Ambient level audio is sometimes absent, but when they remembered to put it in, it's quite moody. Love was definitely put into the environments, (graphically, at least) as some of the levels are quite beautiful. The hub area especially. The whole aesthetic kind of reminds me of Signalis in a way.

I'm hoping they make a sequel with this framework, but with more emphasis on the gameplay, better combat mechanics, and non-linear level design. Ideally more variety on the animations to cater to multiple audiences as well :D. This is clearly a capable team, and I'll be watching for whatever they make next.

Great game. Gameplay is pretty easy and closer to final gets kinda boring. Graphics are exellent. Good story. But there are a lot of game breaking bugs, hope dev fix these. I see some people put 1 star, i bet they didn't even complete first level.

    Forunai

Stylistically interesting, but gameplay wise is just run down the hallway simulator. You don't even need to engage in combat as you can just dodge roll through enemies, which the game just sort of spams at you. Boring and repetetive unfortunately given it has a solid graphic design.

    Kratosarnav

The game is well made and has a good story line be warned though there are gore scenes in it but if you treat it closer to a horror survival side scroller more than a lust game then it is great i will how ever call out the game on the fact it needs it drop more ammo for the weapons
  15. 1.00 star(s)

    MONOHELL

I couldn't finish the first level. This is a bad side-scroller. The death of a character (as well as watching the h-scene) takes you back to the beginning of the location and you need to go through everything all over again - kill monsters and pass traps. And if it's easy to kill monsters, then traps don't let you pass the game. It's very easy to fall into a hammer trap, because it moves too fast. He seems to have a pretty big hit box because he hits the character even when he shouldn't. Seven times I tried to pass these hammers, killed the monsters again and ran to the traps, where I got hit by the hammer and I got tired of it. I deleted the game.

This is a proper and finished game and feels like it. Character design, animations and graphics are good.
Amount of sex scenes is small, mostly just guro.
Combat fucking sucks ass despite large amount of guns it is the weakest part of the game, and there is lots it. Feels unrewarding.
You can safely just roll through mobs, you won't miss anything.
After each stage you can view animations, dying to see them is not necessary.
About 5-7 hours to finish the game.
    Overall 3.7/5

    Man, I liked this game.
I'm not a Guro fan and there aren't that many sex scenes although the ones that are are really good. But the atmosphere and the art style was probably one of the best I've ever seen in a porn game.
The music was also probably the best in any porn game I've played. Super chill with a hint of gloom.
Also big up to the devs for the guns they've picked, most of them are German WW2 guns, beautiful firearms.
The story is aight, not much but not terrible.
The flaws of this game are are that the gameplay is pretty linear. You've played the first level, that's how the rest of the game plays out. Later on you get a spider mech to use for some small portions but that's all the variety.
I haven't encountered any bugs which I feel like deserves some praise, people only complain when they encounter them, but never praise the lack of them.
Overall, if you're ok with some cartoony tame gore, I say give it a shot.

Sad. Really love the artstyle and character designs, but the game itself is pretty boring and the gore vs lewd content ratio is way too skewed in gore's direction.

Personally, I prefer the women in my sexual fantasies to stay alive, so brutal gore like this is only tolerable so long as the H-content is good enough. Sadly, there just isn't enough of it.

    dismal002

One of the best games of this genre with a rating 18+ .I would like to note the good work with the game engine, pleasant shooting and clear controls, the disadvantage is the problem with saving (I played on version 1.0.0.), perhaps this has already been fixed by the last update, I liked the variety of levels with traps and the opportunity to be a "tank" in the last levels, the voice actresses sound organic, the plot is not bad, if another game from this studio comes out in similar genres, I would be happy to play.
  20. 3.00 star(s)

Ok soo gameplay is good, first two chapters feel great but gore to lewd content ratio is too high. Has good polish with visuals and sound. The game gets repetitive very fast. I got bored after 3 hours of kiting/shooting.
