So I've been following the mod choice suggestions and I'm up to the lab heist but when I get to the part where MC chased down and catches The Lady in Black both choices end her path. Is that right or did I somehow mess up somewhere?

There is a scene in episode 4 where the mod is supposed to allow me to choose both woman, but I can only choose one even while following the mod. I am not sure if that is the mod's fault or mine.

I'm having the same issue, did you ever figure it out? Best I can tell using URM, to get that "both" option you can't lie to Gabby in the bathroom in Episode 3. But the only option to tell the truth to Gabby is the one where she gets the laser for Nina, instead of Lynch getting it. That option also seems to skip the sex scene with her in the bathroom.

the zip file contains a "game" folder: its content must be copied in the "game" folder of your game installation...

strangely, the zip "game folder/files" structure doesn't match the game "game folder/files" structure

I had the ep6p2 mod with the compressed game (ep6p2).
Started new game, went through, followed WT, but when I get to the Lilith scene in Ep5, it won't let me get the 'complete' scene (won't let me use Morph).
Game keeps going, but would like to get the whole scene.
Is there some choice that I should/shouldn't make to get it?

Same thing for me. I got rid of the mod and started the game over, I was able to navigate and unlock everything except the morph issue. No need in using a mod that does not do what is intended.
