Hanny King is a shitty character, so pls don't bother picking him. His stats aren't bad, but he eats 3000 gold every army fight. If you run a blitz with him, and fight four battles, he would eat 12000 gold. Yeah, I'm not kidding. Ssulal is weird as a commander, but her abilities aren't bad, as with her unit. She has 6 actions but you better consider it 3, as all her attacks eat 2 action points. In solo battles, she got 10k hp so if needed, you can use her to fight Fiend Lei during the first few turns as she can comfortably burn through 60% of Lei. Rance and kentarou can do the rest.
Also, remember begone bomb? That skill don't kill a unit, it deals 9000 fixed dmg to a unit, so if you fight fiend units which might have more than 10k troops, it wouldn't kill them. At that point, units with 10k+ troops and skills increasing their dmg output would be better.

No, you can actually get them in the mod - here's how I got my Maria clear:
- I played part 1 and had Tanegashima Shigehiko with me at the end. He wasn't cleared as I didn't bother with him until Sill got frozen and it was too late.
- I also brought El Mofus from the future
- In early part 2 i got Maria from event search event in Free Cities and El Mofus unfroze Sil
- This let me Clear Tanegashima and later Maria, with all the scenes as you would normally do in base game.
- Despite what Game Progress Report says, I didn't have to bring those characters to the end of the game (still on my first Part 2 game). Just clearing them, and ending turn was enough for them to appear on my Part 1 Game Progress Report as cleared:

What do you mean by "officially" ?
When you open the progress window, you can see all the characters you can clear in Part 2. If the character doesn't appear on this screen, you shouldn't be able to clear it.
Since Maria, Shizuka and Kanami aren't available anymore in Part 1, you can't clear them in this version of Sengoku Rance, as they need specific interaction with characters or places in JAPAN.
Also, keep in mind the mod is unfinished. Maybe the author wanted to work on a new story with those characters later on.
Zeth isn't implemented, and might never be, since it's been a long time since the mod was updated.
TLDR: Some characters can't be cleared, no matter what.
EDIT: Didn't see the post above. You "can" clear some characters that doesn't appear in the Clear Screen, but not all I think, until proven otherwise.

Okay then Maria is clearable, but I don't think Kanami is (atleast I didn't clear her personally)
It seems they only appear on national chapter, but ty for trying to help anyway.
Yeah they appeared right now, thanks for that. But it seems that I still need to capture them.
Excuse me for the maybe dumb question but how did you get this part 1 game progress report ? I just manage to see the part 2 game progress ?

My bad... I thought this mod already finished seeing it already translated, I kinda playing from beginning( I didn't have time to clear this game in the past) and see many changes so I kinda wanna cleared my rooster yet seeing I can't unlock kanami or Maria in 40 turn kinda pissed me, I kinda wanna max out my point their absence making SAT hunting incredible hard and screw my run.
When I choose a skill for a character or buy an item from the shop, I don’t see a pop-up explaining what the skill or item does. Is this a bug, or is it intentional?

I think it's a bug.
If you're looking carefully, you can see the pop up appearing and then disappearing instantly.
I don't know if it is due to the translation, or if it was already this way because of the mod itself. But I have the same experience (I'm lucky to know the skills already, but it must be annoying for those who don't).
Do not hesitate to check the wiki for the skills. It's annoying, but better than nothing. Maybe someone will manage to fix it sometime.
Battling Clear: Talk with him at 7 Scorn, then talk with him again near the end of the game (after meeting Quelplan) at 7 Normal
Does anyone knows how to get 3 items neaded for Satella clear? I've found Topos Egg from 'The Strongest Moster' event in Monster Forest N, but can't find Aconca Flower and Camilla's Fishprints

Do you know if there are any requirements for them to appear (like, being on at least x stars difficulty)? I've recruited Camilla but didn't get fishprints (no event in Camilla's castle as well), and I've done all dungeons available to me (Excluding 999 floors one, done only 320 floors there so far)

You get it at 10th floor if you have satella in your team in Deeper Archfiend's Castle (I thought it's random but it's 100% drop in here) So I think you can't do the dungeon, if you don't have Satella recruited, otherwise you will miss the item permamently.
And for Camilla, you need to have her in prison, not recruited her yet, so the event should be here. Once you recruit her, the event disappears.
About difficulty I don't know, it's difficulty 1*, but I think it also appears with 0* difficulty
