I didn't realize until way too late that if you go into your phone (something the game pretty much never encourages you to do except telling you that you have it at the very beginning) you can see instructions on how to progress various characters. I spent so long just wandering around trying to figure out what I had to do. I wish the game itself did a better job giving you direction as opposed to relying on a text document with instructions.

It's natural not to include a character who has won in a previous poll in a new poll. For example, if Mabel won in the previous poll, I don't think she will be included in the next three polls to give the other characters a chance. As for Nina, the first reason is as you mentioned, because she lacks content, and the second reason is that Milda said that they need to add some events for her to continue the main story.
If you want Mabel to be in the classroom at 3 PM, you must "blackmail" her first (i.e. talk to her -> "Ask to wait after class") just after the class (at 11 AM), when she is still in the classroom with another girl.
*** Edit *** It's only valid for the current day. You must talk to her again in the morning first, if you want her to be in classroom at 3PM another day.

Yeah, this is bug. Maybe there should be something behind it, but there seems to be nothing in the files.
Ah yes, another -very minor, this time- bug.
If you are interested, attached a fix for it (including the fix for the Mabel's room issue, as it's the same file which is involved).
Download, decompress and replace the "Map075.json" file into the "\www\data" subfolder of the game. DO BACKUP the original file first.

I'm at affection 59 and progression 10 with Mabel, (maxed out as of previous update). I can fuck her ass at school at night, but I don't know what I have to do to progress further with her story, the game doesn't seem to tell you what to do and the phone guide jumps from progression 10 to 15 with no explanation in between. What should I do?
EDIT: I figured it out. If you are in class at 11 am, you have to leave the classroom and re enter it. Classic porn game requirement.

NGL I had actually forgotten about the DojinOtome summer memories sequel, till I saw the posts about it on here checked up on it today and it just got released about 2 weeks ago, so now I have that and this to get through. Guess the arguing actually helped a bit.
No. I won't say it's pointless but you can just use the phone to manipulate most events into occurring anyway or wait for the guy with the gallery mod to release the free update with the bugfix public version in a week's time.
