How to use the farm tools, clicking still doesn't work

You can farm on android, I've done it on the latest version. Click on the black box, it brings out the slider with tools, then select the tool you want and click on the farmable area. If you can't do that, you might have a bug

Can you give me the version you're playing on? Playing 3.0.1 and still can't click the farm tools
