And most of the time, that means it IS finished, but plenty of games still get new updates after "completion", of things like bug fixes, and maybe extra side story stuff, and extra stuff that is non-canon. But, the main story is finished, supposedly.
BUT...the completed tag doesn't mean it is finished, either. lol
