i played through the game twice, but still have no idea how to unlock the camel door. i've tried editing my save file, but i don't know fortran so i was just stumbling around in the dark. it also seems an awful lot like some kind of DLC content gate to me. in the meantime though, here's my save with 7 scenes unlocked in the gallery. it looks like there's supposed to be 10 scenes total? the save file is stored in C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Anime Mania\Damsels In Distress\76561198804083753, i assume you can just replace the file and it should work.

Nah, more of a choose your own adventure one where 85% of the choices are die and fail then redo. There are a few that allow for success via quicktime, but for the most part there is the success path or the failure one.
It's unity, always a space hog. Good news is you can punch through the game relatively quickly as long as you are okay without 100%ing it. Took me about an hour and a half.
i got it open but i think i did something wrong so it becomes a bad ending. you need a Marden key, it can be acquired after rescued Agata, when you take to the priest choice option 2 and get the key leave her virginity alone, then ask for another key in the end. good luck for everything else in between.
