not working for me - there is no display or button, just a loop

Yeah, not working for me either. The options menu has the "delete saves" option partially cropped, even when I force the game to be full screen.

When I get into the game proper all that happens is a dancing loop that I can zoom in and out on.

Doesn't work. Just an animation loop. The UI like in the screenshot does not show at all.

Worked just fine for me. It is not, however, worth the download, in my opinion. Short, boring single mechanic, and the nail in the coffin: censored (which will never cease to baffle me about the Japanese).

UI works for me. She almost never seems to repeat the same hand twice in a row, so try and pick whatever loses to her last hand. It has 2 total animations after stripping her. Took me less than 5 minutes starting from clicking download. Not spectacular but at least you dont lose much time either.

Very enjoyable if you like android 18 as a character. Short sweet and very VERY enjoyable.
