Since my initial review, an update has been released. It was a pretty small update, but it added a little depth to the relationship with one of my favorite characters. It also added the ability to skip mini-games.

On reflection, I do like the mini-games, I just wish there was a lower difficulty setting. Most of them are really hard to the point of not feeling fair and games that aren't fair aren't fun.

At any rate, this is a good game. And it is a GAME, not a visual novel. The artwork is fantastic and there is some decent animation.

My only complaint at this point is that the updates have been infrequent. If this game is ever completed I'm definitely going to pay for it.

This is a pretty good game. I really like the artwork. In the first few minutes I thought, wow, this is a well made game. I think I'll go support the devs on Patreon. But after an hour or so, I wasn't so sure.

There's some simple animations, but better than nothing. The story is meh, but not horrible. There's a bit too many THICCC girls for my taste. I like THIC girls, but these are too THICCC and there's a bunch of them. There's not as much guidance as I'd like. There's times where you're wandering around in circles not knowing what to do next. Seems like it's best to do the quests in order to minimize that and you have to talk to everyone.

The big problem with this game and why it's not 4 or 5 stars is the mini-games. There's a variety and some of them are okay, but a lot of them are too hard, especially the driving one. I beat it eventually, but I can't say I enjoyed myself. There really should be a difficulty setting or a skip option. I went from really enjoying myself to cursing and stressed out and ready to delete the game in a span of 5 minutes with several of these mini-games.

Another small thing that drives me insane is that the completed quests never go away and start to really clog up your quest journal to the point that you have scroll past literally dozens of them every time you want to switch between Main Quests and Side Quests. It gets really irritating after a while.

Also, apparently there's very infrequent updates. I haven't been following this game for long, but it is currently mid December and there's been no updates since July.

This game has great artworks and animations. However, it is ruined by some of the worst control and gameplay mechanics I've ever seen, and without the ability to be able skip the minigames baffles me.

Awesome game! Feels fresh for an NSFW RPG that isn't made with RPGM. I like how the mechanics are kind of similar to that of RPGM's but a lot more unique with the design of the UI, characters, and everything.

Great graphics, fun gameplay, and a charming setting make this one of my favorite adult games.

Also a shitload of hot cg's seal the deal.

10/10 - Pick this game up ASAP and support the people behind it.

I like the art, the concept, but the game should end soon and not carry on forever.
I have been playing this since the 0.1 now most of the girls are done, the map explored and it begins to be a bit repetitive.

I would like a last ( maybe 2 ) big update with a bit of story and then I would like that the creator of this pearl focus himself on something else done with his amazing graphic engine. Hopefully a classic RPG with some sex involved in

This game would be an easy 5 stars for me if it weren't for the absurdly difficult mini games. The games themselves are well designed and play fine, but the victory conditions require the player to be nearly perfect, and that's just crazy. To add insult to injury, all the sex scenes in the game are over very quickly, so the majority of your time is just spent grinding the mini games.

Run smoothly in my android, the mini games/puzzles annoyed me at some point but this is what I like they are not easy this give the sensation of reward, the art of characters/city are very good in overall a excellent game, nothing too bad to complain

Positive Points:
+The art style is unique and very good.
+The map is pretty big and it's fun to walk on it, also the bus system help to travel fast.
+Quest system with different reward.
+Each characters have their own personnality.

Neutral Points:
*The MC is confident and smart but he's too much pervert just thinking to watch panties and ass, he's also a huge loser getting his ass kicked by almost everything.
*The story is pretty good but lot of part have already seen in a tons of games.

Negative Points:
-The sex animations are really bad, just the same position but with different girls. Either it's just in a part of the screen, either it's a big zoom, either the camera angle just let you see the MC's ass.... It's really disappointing too see such a good art but with terrible sex scene.
-The mini-game are just a pin in the ass! Some of them are just incredibly difficult (Car race with the cousin), I have to use my controller coz the keyboard wasn't enough accurate. Puzzles aren't free and you spend some time to find the solution. I'm playing an adult game, if I wanna try hard I take my Genesis out of the cardboard and play one of the several arcade unbeatable game.

Conclusion:
If I could put 2.5 stars this will be my actual notes. The game have a great potential, it's fun to play with a great style but the reward for playing hard mini games is disappointing. Spent a lot of hours before getting some really bad sex scene. The grind part for money and fossils are stupidly too long (more than 10 hours).
If the creator greattly improve the quality of the sex scene in the futur this could be a very good game.

I wanted to like this game. The art-style intrigued me back the game design left a bad taste in my mouth. Quests seem to trigger with out consideration for the players progress and the time advancement mechanic only makes this issue more apparent.

I think the overall game would benefit from the developer taking sometime to look at the current quests and arrange them with some triggers to make a more linear, cohesive story.

I'll probably revisit this game at some point at the future though.

Love this game so much. The art style is unique and striking, and I love all the little systems in the game. From the minigames to the quests, it's very well structured, and I can't wait to see the final product. Great job!

I've actually overlooked this game numerous times based only on the name will someone told me to give it a try and none of the things I associated with the word "dandy" was in it.
the definition of dandy being 'a man who gives exaggerated attention to personal appearance'
but its been associated with effeminate males, and gays, soooo I instantly judged it as either a sisification game or a gay game which I am into neither
I'm guessing the word Dandy was chosen because of the anime space dandy then

overall enjoyable, the minigames were brutal though

Pixel Goodness with Earthbound Vibes

Solid game that nails the atmosphere. The environment is charming and music top notch. Large amount of content.

The two points I would bring up is that the overworld is much larger compared to the currently available content/scenarios and makes questing that requires traveling a chore. You're going to notice this particularly mid to late game where your quests have dwindled and a lot of your time is spent traveling across town or sleeping to advance time. The gameplay is at its best when you don't travel and are just exploring a small area like the Christmas scenario.

The other issue is that minigames are difficult because it requires a lot of precision - it'll take you a dozen tries to beat it. The difficulty wouldn't be so bad if afterwards the content was more meaningful than just a basic lewd scene. I really wished that the dialogue/scenario afterwards were a notch more interesting than it currently is.

I feel bad for ragging on it, but this game is so close to being a 5/5 and is definitely worth a playthrough.

-Extremely well made game and runs really well
-Minigames are pretty hard, but i like that. Warehouse minigame can be a bit infuriating thou.
-Questing is fine, kinda annoying you have to find the quests yourselves and most of them only activate at certain time periods, and skipping time/day is a bit of a pain.

Story 3/5
-Obviously not finished but it has been nothing special, but nothing too bad either.

Art 3/5
- The Art for this game is very good, except for the imporant part. The H Scenes. They are pretty bad incomparision to the rest of the art in the game. Most are just copy and paste with different girls.
-CG Gallery is a massive mess, but i am certain that will be fixed in later builds. Would be nice if the CG Gallery was organised by girls, and to give you an idea of how many CG you are missing, to give better direction of your goal.

Looking forward to the later builds, has massive potential and seems to be a game that will have a ton of updates before the game is over.

Good Points
+Renders looks enique and good.
+Story is unorriginal and basic but at least seems interesting.

Bad Points
-When the game first starts MC feels like little bit weeb but cool guy to play but after some time we will see he is just loser. His ass kicking by some guy named ''Red'' he is telling ''I will get you for this.'' but dont do anyting about it. After some time Red kicks our ass again and locked us to some kind of dungeon after that beating MC tells ''You will pay this Red!'' again and do nothing again... Its not fun to play as a MC...
-Some gameplay parts are god damn annoying like generator jump... That was one of most boring things i make in games...
-Sex scene angles are pretty bad placed and all of them looks same. Like same positions with different person. And because of that bad placing we cant see anyting about whats happening while they are having sex! We are only seeing their back etc not even their face's... Espacily in Aunt/Family Friend sex scene we cant see her tits because they are outside of screen?! What actual hell is that? How can you be that much bad for placing positions to screen? Only Rhonda scene was looking decent enogh but its still missing legs in screen. Its like half of the sex scene. I cant understand why DEV makes this sex scenes like that its not good choice at all. After grinding all thoose scenes after that much effort those bad scenes wasnt worth it at all... So you can be sure its not for getting off...
-We dont have time skip button. Events need specific times but we cant skip time without going our home and sleeping. Its pretty boring...
-We dont have walkthrough and finding which missions you need do, which scenes you dont open is pretty much pain in the ass! You need walk around try to find what you are missing and its so nonsense/annoying.
-We have pretty little story content and lots of grind.

For The End
This game have potencial but at this rate its little bit poor. With fixed bad points it could be 4-5 star rate game but right now its not deserve it.

Honestly? My rating of this game, no matter how benign it may seem to some of the more veteran reviewers on this site, is summarized in two words, Retro haven.

As this game looks retro, it really does feel the same especially with platforming and the way minigames are handled. They are some of the more grueling experiences I've experienced in games, but regardless they are fun compared to some of the simple minigames other games try to pawn off to you. This game is like a breath of fresh air, with it's 70's-80's aesthetic and character designs reflecting that. This game is definitely a unique experience and you could argue that it's a fetch quest but when you look past all that, this is a game with a lot of charming characters like our main character
I'm looking forward to what this game holds in the future especially with as much work it has put in it, especially when you realize that this is made in it's own game engine when compared to other games which are equally as good despite being made in programs like RPGM or Ren'py. This one gives you a unique experience simply put and I can't wait for the next update, be it in a year(hopefully not) or less.

DBA has a lot to offer and at heart it is still a game, with many different aspects and mechanics - not a visual novel where scenes are just handed to you. The grind is there but it is rewarding.

+ Large, rich world that rewards exploration without feeling overwhelming.
+ Many different NPCs to interact with and multiple character routes present right now.
+ Great art style meaning the world and characters just look so good.
+ There are multiple sex scenes with good animation however, they are quite simple but this is fine as high quality CGs are thrown in between.
+ Quite a large amount of content available currently (Took me roughly 5 hours to 100%) with main quests and side quests.

- Due to the retro design and style of the game, I found movement to be quite clunky and old-school which meant platforming can be annoying at times (still manageable)
- Mini-games can be challenging but not impossible, some players might appreciate the addition of items that you can buy/find when exploring the world that could help with the mini-games (Holy. Shit. The track running mini-game was a pain)
- Sex scenes could be improved by adding more dialogue and player input e.g. speed control, changing the angle etc.
- Update Progress is not as frequent as expected HOWEVER, the updates add huge amounts of content each time so it's a trade off.

In summary, DBA is a must play right now and has incredible potential for the future! It's definitely a niche game but it is also unique and worth your time + support.

A Very promising title. The artwork stands out compared to a lot of other games in the genre and it actually functions as a game instead of being mostly point & click. It could be improved in some areas such as scene replaying and overall better presentation for its scenes (right now it's either still images or short loops during conversations).

I LOVE THIS GAME
1. The Art is Sugoi
2. The women are beautiful.
3. The story is fun.
4. There are cool Easter Eggs that will keep you from getting bored.
And MAN, THOSE MILFS ARE JUST RAWR.
Plus the Devs are super friendly.

Colorful map filled with fun quests and some catch music that is worth listening to with your earphones.

Some of the minigames are too grindy while the girls are too available. It should be the opposite.
