Grindy minigames, progression breaking bugs, and lots of running around are what you can expect from this game as it is. Scenes are great but there's a lot of fetch quest nonsense and grind between scenes. Once the world is more filled out so there are people to talk to/things to do the game will probably be excellent but as it stands I wouldn't recommend it.
No one wants to play a poorly implemented paperboy ripoff while playing this kind of game and box pushing puzzles are the low point of any game they're in. It makes no sense to me that those are the primary way of making money in the game. The devs should abandon these minigames entirely and make gaining cash exploration based once the world is more fleshed out (shovel is a partial implementation of this but is locked behind a purchase).
