its extremely rough but the concept has potential so keep working at it. maybe add a character customizing function with loaded presets like breeders of nephelem does?

The player customization is on the list, but before I have to finish the model (and the facial rig).

Yeah, reserve the tag until you got it in the game.

You can use the "pregnancy" tag even if you just mean parasitism. There are plenty of games here with monster or alien parasitism that gets tagged "pregnancy". We only care that the belly bulges and is carrying something alive.

I found the enemies seem to move far too fast to be able to shoot them.
