I don't know about dating sims specifically, but Degrees of Lewdity has some element of what you're looking for. Your bully (either male or female) will verbally abuse and humiliate you. This eventually turns into physical abuse if you allow it. Strangely enough, this torment could even transform into a love relationship if you play your cards right.
