I'm not into NTR/JOI so I'm gonna pass on it.
I also played the author's first game and found out now on his patreon that he dropped it. I don't get why would he just drop his first game after version 0.01 (there was also a 0.02 version but patreon only) because it wasn't "popular", then start another game with the same themes and same paterns than the first one hoping it will work better
Dropping your game just because people won't pay a 10$ per month (because that's the tier for early access acording to the patreon tiers descriptions) after only a prologue with little to no content seems kinda silly in my opinion but whatever

The problem with a tag such as NTR is: who is NTRd? Is the MC doing the cheating or is it done to the MC. Neither the pics, nor the description clarifies that. Plus they do look like kids...

I agree, they should really do away with NTR as a tag, it's really a whole genre of tags. They should split it into three; Netori, Netorare, Netorase - this actually tells you something. While on the point, I will say a lot of western porn has totally abysmal tags for these too... on video sites it is all thrown under 'cuckold' which tends towards other weird extremes like interracial, bdsm, humiliation stuff, or 'cheating' which has the same issue as NTR.

To say about the game, I used to read fanfiction quite a lot when I was younger, and I developed a principle over time. That is that the effort an author puts into their story summary indicates something about the effort they have put into the actual story. If it's a summary that tells you nothing, or is swarming with grammatical errors, then you can't have high hopes. And in this case it's hard to believe you put more than 5 seconds of thought into it, the overview doesn't mean much of anything. But hey, it's still a step up from that one game where all it said was "Play the game to find out what it's like."

translation: I don't like ntr and it's just my stupid opinion because I need to complain instead of ignoring a game that is clearly tagged as ntr

About the game: I feel Adam and Christina's relationship a bit unrealistic, and I didn't like the trans girl joke (also would prefer to actually having sex with her as an option but that's my personal opinion). No big deal but in NTR stories the most important thing is the story and getting feelings for the girl.
Rest of the game is ok, found a mistype ("cuck" instead of "cock") somewhere. I'll suggest making transition times smaller.
The protagonist is a really looser and a bit stupid, but I think it's the point of the game. Also consider adding saving system.

Would you add Images?

like i said inlast time. i dont mind NTR games but its his delivery and the fact that it forces it on you as he repeatedly gives you an option to break from it but then just gives you a MASSIVE Fuck you in the end after offering the choices. i made that last comment to let people know that this game is a 100% TROLL! so you can go translate your own dick up your ass! ^^
