Seeking Dating Sim Game

Looking for a dating sim game like Roguelike Evolution from Oni, where you have to do things like dating and chat with the girl to progress, not the type of game like "do this thing for thirteen times in a row to buy a gift and get a scene"

Something Unlimited is not the identical game as you want but it's art style is pretty similar. Also not just the art style, the relation progress also develops over things you do but not as simple as Oni's game.

If you didn't try Summertime Saga, which also has the problem you say but not a major problem I believe, you should try it as well.
