Daz people, why is this happening

Hi all. So as you can see from her hair, I'm having some issues with this as it doesn't exactly look right. Some white looking spots is what I'm referring to.

Any and all help is welcomed.

If this is an iRay render, there's a good chance those are "fireflies." If so, it probably just needs to go a bit longer. Increase "Quality Level" or "Max Samples" on the Render Settings tab.
