The Loli patch adds the sex scenes with the "smaller" girls.

Loli's are basically women who are over 18, but they look a lot younger than their supposed age.
The easiest example I can say is
If you like say goblin girls, then you may have a bit of a Lolicon fetish.

But for the love of christ, be careful with Loli content!!!!
It would be so easy to end up looking at content meant for paedo's, ALWAYS CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE OVER 18 LIKE NEKO-HIME's Loli characters.
