I've played through the game. This tag is referring to a futa-on-male (femboy) scene.

Even if that's not your cup of tea, I highly recommend you play through this game. The story has you at the edge of your seat the entire time, the combat and gameplay are fun, and the themes explored are far more complex than most other porn games.

Ok i just finished the game. First, this doesn't have Futa on Futa. It has Futa on male. The main character only has sex at the end. the sex scenes are meh.

Gameplay wise and game design wise the game is amazing. I felt it is a waste to make it into a hentai game because the hentai part is most diappointing part
