You can use the developer notes option that can be seen in some games' first post

And say that the game may or may not include x fetishes play to find out, or something along those lines.
This way you can keep your players guessing while having a sort of lifeline when some people inevitably get upset, you can point them to dev notes and tell them I told you so.
Although, once the x fetish is revealed in the game, mods/uploaders would add it to the tags and if the game gets finished/abandoned and tags do not include that x fetish, then new players would know for sure from the beginning, and I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about that.

Overwhelm your audience! Make some minor scenes containing every kink you can think of. That way the game will have so many tags and content warnings noone will be sure of what it will actually focus on. If people won't dare to explore it because of all the warnings, then good riddance, its their loss.
