Quite a few of this dev's games seem right up my alley so I peeked inside and the engine is Kirikiri. Probably Kirikiri2, but this is my first time encountering it so I'm unfamiliar with the nuances. There seem to be tools available to extract and repack Kirikiri games, while mtool and Textractor seem to work if you just want to play it for yourself and don't mind pure mtl.

KiriKiri is pretty easy to work with. I've translated a few KrKr games, but using my own homebrew translation scripts so they're not exactly user friendly. If you wanted to translate the game and do more than MTL I can get the text scraped for you.
Did a quick check and the game both seems quite light on text and similar enough to my other KrKr projects that a full text scrape would be real easy.
Most of the UI elements are done with text on images instead of generated text, so a UI partial only needs the game to be extracted, edited, and repacked.

I'm happy to hear that KrKr games are easy to work with! I might look into it a bit more after actually finishing one of the other projects I'm working on.

Translating this game would be easy, there is not much texts to deal with.
One unfortunate thing is that we have no way of translating what the MC is speaking. She speaks A LOT during the menu and the scenes, and it's a part of the charm, since she's pretty cute.
