There isn't much content gatekeeped behind the 10+ lust requirement, only the naked gym and the commando option. You can do quite a lot of progressively sluttier act in the game without worry. There is one smart Kira dialogue that appear when you meet Joey for the first time that has a requirement of intelligence.
Usually unless you are in the bimbo range of int the player is given control of how Kira react.

Yes.
Currently the only events chain that you lose by progressing the main quest is the analrapist chief officer one. But if you want a smart free minded slutty Kira you generally want to avoid it either way (except the first encounter where you can gain 1 point).
However there is a window of opportunity, once you have unlocked the rebel base and the mind jammer before reporting to Helga you can do the chief officer and avoid hypnosis.

For a smart non endoctrinated Kira yes.
But once you get access to the jammer in the main quest you can get exposed to brainwashing event without getting brainwashed (cost you a jammer each time).
Always have a jammer on you once you have access to them.

Thank you for the answers and the help.
However, I can't stomach the waste of time the RPG game engine has of all that walking around and the lack of proper skipping text(can't call Z or hold enter a skip). Even if the game has some charm in its story, art or whatever; the sole reason of the engine used here, gives no incentive to progress forward and nothing is quite intuitive.
Ironically, I feel l am losing intelligence points(not in-game). And no, it isn't about wanting "fast food sex" or a "fast fap", the gameplay should accompany the content or at least, not waste the player's time.

How can I increase lust without being dumb? I'm totally lost with this game, I want to be able to play it because I love the aesthetic. Not used to 'gameplay' novels here, I stick to Ren'py but this one I had to try.

I also deleted my run because I got stuck in Jail, she refused to go to bed no matter what.

I want her to be smart, or at least not a brainless fuckdoll but not miss any lust related event.

You are supposed to talk to someone in the jail
the fat old lady or guy in the back room behind your bed

Play through until you get the quest from Olga to infiltrate New You at the hospital.
Select the "dream" option at the various therapies you're able to choose from.
You will enter a VR world that replays the beginning of the game only from a more bimboized perspective.
Whenever you are allowed to walk around in the VR world, keep on the lookout for computer terminals.
Interact with all five terminals before the conclusion of the quest.
This will unlock a "fuck you" choice when speaking to the virtual chief of the hospital.
Choosing "fuck you" allows you to select which bimboization options you want to take during the finale of the quest.
One of the choices is to lower Kira's intelligence. Refuse that one.
If you choose everything else, you'll have a smart Kira with a bimbo body and maxed out Lust.

As I recall, there is a maximum number of Lust you can get (I think 50) and the New You quest can give you the maximum automatically at its conclusion, so long as you don't use a neutralizer to negate the effects.

I have a problem , a bug with the text , why it appears on the compressed version and on the full version , if you don’t beat the game right away , then when you log in , the text will not be displayed
This doesn't happen with other games.
And this is not a problem in the plugin , specifically something with the text. I don’t know , Endless summer Rinko Kageyama went through then I came in and there was no text
