Bro i haven't played this game in over a year and a half, when i did that scene wasn't in there. The changelog doesn't say anything about the implementation of that scene so I'm guessing not. Might be wrong tho

This is a wild take considering that "government turns women into sluts" underpins literally everything in the game. Government makes women into sluts. Government makes women into cows. Weird church that seems to be connected to the government makes women into breeders. Mad Max character that may or may not have been connected to the government at one point makes women into pets to overthrow the government.
I didn't know there was any content besides "government makes women into fetish" tbh.
